I really had to know what he meant by "A" and after scanning the comments found many people asking but no answers. Went back through the video and from what he says i'm relatively certain that he's shortening the name "Brickworld workshop module" to the letter A and the joke is that there's so many of them that he'll save time by not saying its full name
1:20:00 I love how the conveyor jams for a spit second sending that ball flying off to who knows where
It took a shortcut
These are like those How it’s Made videos. You watch one and can’t stop.
I was watching one until 2 AM last night.... I regret nothing

This is absolute truth
"We need more mini figures on the GBC setups"
Immediate response: "Always"
The words of a true Lego master.
2:46 it’s lime and orange because it’s a Power Miners themed module
Not a lego guy but this is insane!
Watched the whole thing expecting it to be over in 10-15 mins, hats off to you lot engineers.
51:30 “simple conveyor” and nothing else to say about that masterpiece
agreed
the conveyer is simple, the builiding is a master piece
found who made the build
1:10 I don't think I have ever seen a GBC module that has filled me with such inner rage and hate.
This gbc looked amazing during the world of lights show, and good to see lots of akiyuki designs made it into this layout
New challenge take a drink when ever he says module🥳
Well we're drunk AF
I died from poisoning

11:39 "I can't remember whose design this is, I wish I could I'd give him credit"
The name plate: *Am I a joke to you?*
The name plate is the builder, not the person who originally designed that type of mechanism 😉
Ethan deserves his credit for recognizing the designs potential 👏
In my opinion, I think the balls go under the table so it appears that they’re teleporting. It is a very clever module. Bravo to the people that made the portal module! It is very cool!
LlamaR/C it goes under the black, he actually has a carpet going over the tube connecting the portals
Same
Timestamp: 7:05
Max idk
LlamaR/C I agree
When you‘re 8 minutes into the video and realize it’s actually one and a half hours long
And you see a ball fall on the table
That's true
How did you predict that??
for me it took 1:09:20
@@kilinailik lol same
When he explained the module at 16:30 I ended up with less of an idea of what was happening. 😂
when I watch these videos I dont even notice they are over an hour long because I enjoy them so much
Caleborg saaaaame, although the longest one I’ve watched was like 7 hours long
@@skullbac654 wow thats a long video
33:49 Nobody going to talk about how cool that is? Beatles are awesome!
All those little motors and lights and everything going on, on a single outlet. That is the most amazing thing out of all of this for me.
I thought they were battery powered...
@@SinarSavi Theirs a outlet system to lego battery connection. For big showroom designs. In official of course. (Even though lego uses itself.)
Ok... There were a couple times where I thought this guy is a bit of a jerk. But after watching the WHOLE thing, I now realize that Tom guy is an integral part of the Lego community. When he was talking about swapping name tags with that young man, I could see how much that meant to him. That Tom guy is GOAT.
It seems like he has some aspergers or mild autism and it's just got an odd way of interacting with people
Take a drink every time Akiyuki, "A" or "my idea" is mentioned. Anyway, that's quite an impressive contraption.
Amonimus I could have drowned
That was my idea
10:23 '... About the smallest size wheel module I've seen...'
Shot captures all for the fallen balls under the module.
Noticed that too. Should have ramp under it that brings it to next model, or make it bigger
I was wondering where all of the balls were up until that part. Then I said to myself "ah, there they are".
1:20:00 Conveyer Rocket Belt KAZZHHOOOOM
22:35 that counter went from 19409 to 19510 :) "It's working fine"
Nah it was at 499, the 5 just took a little long to switch
22:03 - The counter shows the number 19,484 at the start of what we see.
Sure but that’s still a big jump
@@alisonarnoldphd7562 it's not though, it counted one by one, but the 5 was sticking on the rollover
Lego is not only constructive, it's fun, it's creative, it's adventurous, it can be made to do funny things, it can be made big or small, it takes me back to the 80s!
There really aren’t enough balls for GBC - especially with how big it’s becoming. I wonder if GBC organizers across the world could collaborate and make an arrangement with LEGO™ to purchase a _huge_ number of balls in bulk (to keep the overall cost low) and then sell them directly on their GBC sites, both to raise funds and supply experienced and aspiring GBCers with a fresh batch of balls to test with.
We all know that soon, like in ten years, that these videos are going to be five hours long and we’ll see a couple thousand modules.
"If they leak balls, the balls stay in" - the more you know!
1:24:31
That is also sooooooooooooo smooth
46:23 - 'FFS, not this guy again, how long is this going to take!?'
1:04:35 The counter is up to 1784 if anyone is curious... (0011011111000)
49:32 That kid is trying to get noticed by the camera! 😂
I yelled out loud “ITS A LAPRAS”
is it? that's what i thought.
Lapras! Use Ice Beam!
your neighbours: what the frick?
As a Pokémon fan, I can't believe he doesn't recognize that module that looks like Lapras
If you hadn’t said it I would have!
same!
That Guy that made the CVT at 15:04 needs to make a Video about it!
I like it and want to know how it works.
m.ruclips.net/video/1y5fQr0dDVg/видео.html
@@thegeneralissimo470 Yea I saw that Video. That's why I made that comment...
The CVT Isn't powering the System directly.
I wanted to know how that works since a LEGO CVT can't create much torque as they mentioned in the Video...
My favorites:
Robots: 21:24
Mini Stepper: 9:20
Robot Picker: 51.58
6:34 thats lapras
More like Lapras with some super long tentacle teeth
@@thanosattorneyatlaw4062 the "teeth" is probably the Water Gun or Ice Beam attack
@@benh3518 Hey you wanna know something?
It's a joke
Came to the comments for this😂
Glad someone noticed
36:08 "Yeah so we used glass to show the mechanism"
Cameraman: Nah, viewers don't need to see that.
Longer than the secret life of pets and 1000x better
2:14 "Works pretty well". Balls proceed to fail getting up that system for a good 20 seconds.
BioYuGi he’s talking about the banana gears.
@@thatmcgamer3106 whooooooooooosh
@@AnnoyingBastsardonSteam first off, wrong, second off, mind to explain how?
the balls need to get into a small space to be able to be hit by the club, so there's a narrow opening
This is so great! I am so happy to see GBC growing and more people taking part in it! Love the workshop module for this year too.
Wow, amazing. No ends complications of lego gbc modules. Thanks @Beyond the Brick for this premiere.
That small double wheel was insanely ineffective
Ikr, that one was horrendous

When he gets to all the workshop modules part “AAAAAAAAAAAAAA!”
The rhythm of the cup to cup always reminds me of that scene from the Sorcerer’s Apprentice short where Mickey uses enchanted mops and brooms to try and get out of doing chores(and yes I’ve seen the movie “adaption”)
My modules start at 48:55 and go to my decorated conveyor belt, excluding the ball coster.
“I think they identify with the rainbow warrior aspect” I laughed at that. Overall very nice job on your builds.
1:10:21.
‘ that’s soooooo smooth’
1:16:08 Deserter spotted
There are at least 3 completely different mechanism "A" modules.
Don't blame him, this tour has become quite the grind because it's so big.
Can we get an ASMR one without talking or stalling?
Hahahaha wtf the ball at 1:20:01 just flew away
noticed that most gbc'ers look like minifigs? :D it's like people with dogs.. I love watching these videos. so satisfying!
I ultimately LOVE GBC (Great Ball Contraption) it's the best like when I was a kid I watched those GBC videos thanks to the builders even to Akiyuki with those dominating designs and it's the best!
1:06:04
I think that's a reference to that big bucket in legoland's waterpark (the one in florida)
I swear I’ve woken up to these videos multiple times and watching them fully
You're a true LEGO Technic master! Your builds are always so impressive and innovative. I'm a big fan of your work
I really liked the module which was made out of lego
There all made out of lego
That blue "I don't know what that is" thing...... it's a Lapras
My brother made a module and he said that if there is a place a ball can get stuck, no matter how improbable, there will be a ball stuck there.
I love the Lapras one! Cmon get some basic Pokémon here lol
6:38 That's a Lapras from Pokemon.
those two mini robots by akiyuki is just incredible
How many kids decided to steal a ball? I bet hundreds.
Greedy little shits
one me loves this tow i hope this get bigger in the world we have so far
r/ihadastroke
I made it! I'm a true gbc fan, I guess. See you at brickcon in Seattle
7:03 that is so awesome
58:10
That one ball under the ball return tho...
*ironic*
I've never been into GBC's but 10 minutes into the video and I have a good understanding of who Akiyuki is.
26:12 ball flys away.
I was being like wow on the wave
"Anesthetically pleasing"
"An aesthetically pleasing"
that crane!
Deserter spotted at 7:42
I would like to work at the GBC to pick up Falken balls ;)
1:19:59 that ball got some power.
thats the kind of video that if you let youtube on the whole night this shows up
Yea seriously
6:39 I'm pretty sure that it's a lapras.
Him: Umm I don’t know what Pokémon is
Me: what?
21:53 Their so cute!
I was high and watched this and it was dope
Literally, you were smokin dope.

I had just binged all these videos last night! So cool
20:27. those yellow rings just have to rotate for coolness factor.
6:39 it's a lapras from pokemon
"Now they go into an Archimedes screw, which is loosely based on my design" Well... I mean... It's called an Archimedes Screw...
Well he is Archimedes duh
1:20:00 that ball that got flung
I Just cant stop watching
Watched the whole video, amazing the builds, some great future engineers.
6:36 i think that's a lapras from pokemon.
It is!

18:52 so cool
50:48 my black ball ahahaah
You gotta have snacks to watch this or else it's gonna be a plain binge watch
LOL not a fire marshal but I am a Volunteer fire Capt. so at 1:30 could'nt help but shake my head and laugh at that
6:45 I think that's supposed to be a Lapras using water gun on a conveyor belt ? If it is, I'm not blaming the guy for not recognizing it, that Lapras look a bit wonky..
ice beam/hydro pump
If I had a coin for every time I heard akiyuki I’d be rich
This render my, otherwise pretty active, 3 year old catatonic for 1½ hours. :D
11:50 Ethan M? it says it on it.
46:22 LOL the phone check
I could not watch a language tutorial that is long due, but I did watch this awesome video without break!! The power of legos!! Maybe the force is driven by Legos...
