- The MazdaSpeed 3 needed some datalogging for the tuning, so decided to get some POV of the sweet sweet FBO MazdaSpeed 3 doing some pulls! The MazdaSpeed 3 is full bolt ons, and pulls super hard. I always love doing a good POV of the MazdaSpeed 3, especially during tuning with pulls!

I got a 2008 Mazdaspeed 3 and these are my mods im hitting 22psi it feels insane.

Crazy to think of a 3 with 280 like that's crazy! I got the '06 3 S and it's lqughably slow 😂 0-60 in 8.4 when it's cold

I have an 04 3s with a 2.5 swap and it's kinda slow but it does alright. I just need to swap a speed3 trans and then I can turbo it and make some good power...
I have a 2009 Mazdaspeed 3. What I have done so far is gave it a Corksport Bypass Valve, Corksport SRI, Corksport HPFP internals, NGK Iridium spark plugs, Cobb Accessport, new VVT kit and VVT solenoid, new Camshaft Sensor, installed Trackspec hood louvers to prevent heat soak since it doesn't have the factory hood scoop when I got it. I really should have asked a lot of questions when I bought it, but I was just a big dummy and wasn't knowledgeable about Mazdaspeeds at the time.
The next things I will do are Corksport or Cobb front mount intercooler, Corksport coilovers, White Line sway bar kit, BNR S1 turbo, then have it properly tuned in my local shop.
I really love this car and I have been putting some blood, sweat, and tears into it. I got it because I wanted to get a 2nd car as a back up just in case something happens to my primary car. It already has some other mods when i got it like a Cobb catback exhaust and some TE 37 type of wheels and lowering springs. I'm treating it as a weekend kind of car or a car to cruise since I already have another car as a daily. I dont really care about big power since I mostly just want something really nice to drive around and to keep for the long term.
If you're going the lengths of a turbo, do your downpipe & at least a BNR S3 at minimum
@@ColtonRichter thanks a lot for the advice. If I can remember, my brother in law checked it out and it does have a downpipe installed when I got it.

I love speed 3s. Especially first gens for obvious reasons lol. There hella rare in my area. I hardly ever see one out in the wild and its hard to find one on the used market. I'm pretty sure most ended uo in the junk yard from m getting wrecked.

When you changed gear from 1st to 2nd I heard it crunch !!-- Need to replace Synchro hub and rings - bit of a weak point on higher mileage speeds.
They crunched from factory haha, good fluid & new mounts will help!

Hey I have a question so I just actually found new seats for my Mazda 3 2008 and the seats are from a 2004 2.3L and are the Red dotted and black ones and I’ve switched them out and they all fit perfectly but I have this odd moment now when the seatbelt is unbuckled the seatbelt warning light isn’t on but when I do buckle it up the light turns on would that be a case of faulty wiring in the seats or is there like wiring differences in the 2004 to 2008

Depending how busy they are usually a weeks time.
