Remnant from the ashes: Ravager bell puzzle

!!!!!Update!!!!!!
I found going back to ward 13 and restarting your game will allow you to go back to the area and kill the wolf he actually was stuck in the cave and made killing him super easy!!!!!!!!!!!

Bell placements upon entering door. first bell on right hand side is number 1 the bell to your left will be 2 middle bell will be 3 far back left will be 4 and far back right will be 5
