Just take longer to hand chop, and lightly steam, but more healthy, more delicious

I always thought we have to cook in big quantity for bulk cooking. But you have made a perfect calculation and estimated accordingly.Hats off to you and your son and the team for encouraging videos for the current and the future generations.
