If you’re a huge nerd for office receipts and papers and such, you’d love my local blacksmith. They’re on the historical buildings list. And they’ve literally got the office as it was when he stopped using it in like the 50s. There are entire years worth of paper with a hole punched in, and strung, hanging up in a row above the desk. His old ledger. Old bottles of chemicals for the process mixed with old bottles of whiskey. His old pipe on a shelf, and a calendar covered in smithing smoke. On the door is an old price list for the cost of nails, wheels, axles, etc, almost black on one half from smoke from the forge. I could literally spend a year or more in there just looking around at everything.

I'm making a memory journal of my mom (she passed, and I love this photo idea. btw, I was born in CO. Swedish hospital. all my family on both sides still live there, just our family left years ago due to my dad's work. But I love and miss my summers in CO. I have family all over. But my favorite places were my aunt cabin near pikes peak and days spent wandering around cripple creek were my aunt had a beauty shop back in the mid 80s when it was fun, and places like Gunnison and all over Denver. anyway. This video and all of your videos have inspired me to start making books. I am a newbie, but getting there. thanks for sharing your talent

Spritz the YES paste every time you finish using it to keep it from drying out and it will last forever. If it feels to dry just add a bit more water and lightly stir. It’s a great paste. BTW really enjoy your videos. Thanks for sharing.
