I think you make people uncomfortable when you continue to strive for more. Please keep doing what you’re doing and never settle. When other people do bigger and better things we don’t question it, we see it as a normal progression or a right for them but not for ourselves. I can’t wait to see your beautiful new home.

We bought our house in July 2023 for $500,000, we were tired of renting. Your video on the island is a big help, I have a builder grade island. Thanks for sharing our video. And great job on your decor and furniture placement.

Welcome back! I love Highland and Toll Brothers Homes! My family goes to Parade of Homes and the luxury home tours every year. The last two homes that we’ve purchased have been model homes (not Highland or Toll Bros)😊. We’ve found that the models were loaded with upgrades that would have been out of budget if we built and had to choose from design packages. Also, the standard builds now seem to include less each year! I think you are wise to wait a bit while you complete projects. Tfs!

Yes, we had a much needed break but child have we’ve been busy behind the scenes. We will be finishing up on a client fireplace build this weekend so I can get back to making magic within my own home.

I love Highland and Perry homes in Texas, we were looking at buying a Highland home in the DFW before we moved recently their craftsmanship is really great, everywhere is expensive lol. The DFW is so high compared to Georgia especially concerning taxes, I miss the DFW because we had everything close by Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Central Market, HEB, Dutch Bros and Super Target everywhere to name a few but those Texas prices got so disrespectful after covid and we had been living there years prior to covid even happening. A promotion for my husband brought us to Georgia, at least we can get a basement again we grew up in the North. We are looking for land also and space so I understand you guys wanting that, we have 1 left at home because she was a surprise baby the other two are grown and only visit lol
Yes, Highland Homes are gorgeous but did the money they can have it 😝. I definitely recommend getting land. I really doubt we will buy in a regular neighborhood again. Even if we go back into a neighborhood it definitely has to have 1/2 acre or larger lots.

I understand what you speaking moving to a different house I don't know why you all have been thinking of doing so ,on my opinion if I have a wonderful home as you all do have I will think about of hard work done on this redesigning and awesome decorations along with good neighborhood I will definitely lived there for a very long period save more money on whatever decor I'm doing privately so when I do decided to really relocate somewhere else I will be definitely well fixed especially when getting in aged you never know what life has for you brother and sister life can change wait and keep watching the real-estate how it floats just an advice to learn about life never to old to learn. ❤❤❤❤❤your videos.
Thank you. 😊 Definitely get your point of view. This is our second home and definitely taking out time with deciding on the next venture. The good thing is we bought at a perfect time and in a great area. Our home has increased in value just shy of 300k in just two years. So definitely anything we decide has been carefully and tastefully done.

I've been doing some small-mid level renovations to my home that I bought a year and half ago, and there are a few more things that I want to do. My concern with the future work is doing too much renovation and out pricing my neighborhood. How do y'all balance that because you've done a lot to your house?

Well here in North Ga where we live our home is already worth 300k more than we paid 2 1/2 years ago so we’re not worried about pricing out our neighborhood. It was important to me to purchase our home in a county where year after year the home values increased. It’s really been exciting to see all the growth.
