Coconut - 2 to 3 Slice
Dry Red Chilli - 6 to 7 No's
Green Chilli - 8 to 10 No's
Shallots - 15 to 18 No's
Ginger - 3 Small Slice
Garlic - 15 Cloves

Urad Dal - 6 tbsp

Hi Chef need a suggestion I have been using cast iron dosa tawa for long time but suddenly nowadays I'm struggling to make proper dosa as the dosa is hard to seperate from tawa
