Gram Dal - 1 1/2 tbsp
Urad Dal - 2 tbsp
Dry Red Chilli - 13 No's
Garlic - 10 Cloves
Ginger - 3 Small Piece (15g)
Tamarind - 2 Small Piece
Curry Leaves - As Required
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
