  • Pumpkin Spice Crescent Rolls
    Supplies:
    -Baking Sheet
    -non-stick spray or parchment
    -2 small mixing bowls
    -measuring spoons and cups
    Ingredients:
    -1/2 cup of pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
    -2 TBSP white sugar
    -1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    -1 tube crescent rolls
    Glaze:
    -1/2 cup powdered sugar
    -2 TBSP milk (or 1 TBSP milk and 1 TBSP maple syrup
    Directions:
    -pre-heat oven to 375
    -prepare your baking sheet
    -combine the pumpkin, white sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl and mix
    -unroll the crescent dough and separate
    -Add a spoonful of pumpkin mix to to top (the wider) side of the triangle
    -gently roll up so that the dough is closed but your filling isn’t spilling out
    -bake for 10-12 minutes (12 minutes was perfect for my oven)
    -make the glaze by adding the 2 TBSP of milk to the powdered sugar and mix until the lumps are gone
    -drizzle over the baked crescent rolls and let all cool that it is not hot
    -enjoy!
