but the price for a house in colorado that divides a wall with another house, from what I've seen. and has another house on the back. The house is beautiful and I honestly would love to see some of LA houses decorated like this one, but the price of this one I don't think it is worth that much at all.
Personally, I'm not a fan of homes where the entry is not direct to the main level. However, I love the fact that this home is 'right sized' and doesn't waste space on unnecessarily huge bedrooms and living spaces.

I’m one of the framer’s who built this duplex. This dude has no idea the hard work, pain, problems, and absence from our families this project took so I disagree. I’m cooler than this guy and so is every hard working carpenter that has created a space for this dude to step foot in.

@@OGHVAC thanks and yeah you’re right. It is a duplex though because there another unit attached to it on the left that is slightly less expensive (around 12 mil). If you notice in the beginning shots of the front of the house there are cars parked in a driveway higher than the featured one. That is the driveway/elevated garage for the other unit.
The home is suave elegance. The landscape is pristine, low maintenance with style. The materials used stone, wood, marble on the exterior and exterior add that refined touch. Favorite spaces the family room w/fireplace , 3rd floor level bedroom w/fireplace, 4th floor primary bedroom w/fireplace and bathroom..numberous areas to take a respite from a busy day. The views are grand and peaceful .......everywhere you look it has EVERYTHING...thanks Enes, Dal and your team for this tour of a plush rush!
This is just a wonderful mountain property and kudos to Pacaso for making it so homey and inviting. I really like the warmth of the interior spaces, the choice of furnishings and the modern but location appropriate exterior design. All in all, a great property. Also, the idea of purchasing an eighth or more interest has its appeal, especially when the property is well managed and everything is taken care of. I’m no longer a skier, but can still envision myself spending time by the fireplace reading and going out to dine at Vail’s best restaurants while letting the younger family members take advantage of all that Vail has to offer. Another excellent tour, Enes, and Dell did a great job while Mikey is out.
Guys! this is one gorgeous house, I wouldn't have minded for some 10 extra minutes of this place. Beautiful and loving the easiness of the tour. More of this please. And hopefully you have more of Vail, Colorado
Pacaso homes are super-modern, minimalist, and absolutely gorgeous. They have more, perfect-sized rooms than fewer, larger rooms. Great choice of furniture.

I think this is the very first time I've ever seen one of those standard commercial hot tubs in a house in this price range. Gorgeous place all round, I really like the interior design, the kitchen basically is a larger version of my own kitchen, neat to see.
It looks like a cheap move vs having a built in, but I’m sure it’s probably due to it being a timeshare (and likely on a rental program as well) and that would mean that it’ll need to be replaced more often due to hard use. If the free standing cheap-o hot tub goes out, the mgmt company can locate & bring over a new one easily, vs having a repairman out during someone’s vacation.

This is a modern mansion built in the forest, and the interior configuration is rare! I love their outdoor view, and stylish kitchen, I feel like I will always be in a good mood living in it. I have a question that I really wish I could get an correct answer: What happens to those outdoor recliners and pillows if it rains? Won't they be destroyed? We have seen outdoor sofas in many your videos. If those outdoor sofas get wet, do homeowners replace them with new ones?
I’m happy to finally get moved in! I’ve been eyeing this property for a while now. I plan to stay there for at least a year, or until the new owner realizes I’m there and I have to leave.
The only "issue" with places like this is that despite being this grand, it's still a mcmansion crammed in with a bunch of others to maximize the amount of separate units the developers could sell... this place needs a MUCH larger yard if you really want to enjoy your megamansion in peace and solitude tbh!
All I saw was $18,000,000 on a 1/4 acre lot and couldn't even bring myself to watch the video. I would have just complained the entire way through and probably found a million things to nitpick over.

Maybe what you aren't quite catching, this is not your home. It's a vacation time share. Something I would not do, even if I had the money. Having said that, the lack of yard really shouldn't be too much of an issue. It's a ski lodge. When the weather is nice you would be near enough to some of the most beautiful mountains in the world. BUT, $18,000,000 for a 45 day share, not even it I had the money.

You finally get to enjoy your 45 days of vacation and the neighbors 10 feet away are blasting rap music and having loud parties all day and night. Oh joy, they also have corvettes and beamers shooting by right outside too. What a great getaway!
@The Hoers Corral you are absolutely correct. If made correctly, and it probably is, the house will insulate the inside from outside noises pretty well. BUT it certainly is not the place to enjoy the outside spaces, such as they are, at the house.

This would be a gorgeous modern bed and breakfast house. The bunkhouse bathroom tub is small lol 😂 I do love the concrete free standing tub 🛀 upstairs it’s gorgeous. Nice industrial feel to this home!
The houses of Picasso are the most well planned and well decorated from all houses I see on the channel. I really loved how this house is decorated and it is something I see myself living in. With that being said. I don't think it is worth that much. But still amazing house, hopefully someone who has the money and think it is worth it, will buy it at some point.

It’s very nice, but while the interior fixtures are of high quality. They’re not commensurate with the overall price tag of this property I think. You’re also rather overlooked. Nice surrounding area though.
I feel like if you owned a share of this property it would be kind of hard to schedule who gets the house when... Seems like everyone would want to use it during the same times of year. Like, if you "bought" a share so you could go snowboarding or whatever and someone else ALSO wants it during snowboarding season how would you figure out who gets to use the house? Flip a coin? Seniority?

Flat roof makes no sense in a extreme snow year. December 2007 it snowed everyday on the mountain, in town only 2 days not snowing. The heated driveway running for 4 months 24/7 will cost $30,000

Colorado always has some excellent places and properties
It’s very nice, but while the interior fixtures are of high quality. They’re not commensurate with the overall price tag of this property I think. You’re also rather overlooked. Nice surrounding area though.

I feel like if you owned a share of this property it would be kind of hard to schedule who gets the house when... Seems like everyone would want to use it during the same times of year. Like, if you "bought" a share so you could go snowboarding or whatever and someone else ALSO wants it during snowboarding season how would you figure out who gets to use the house? Flip a coin? Seniority?

Flat roof makes no sense in a extreme snow year. December 2007 it snowed everyday on the mountain, in town only 2 days not snowing. The heated driveway running for 4 months 24/7 will cost $30,000
