I don't think there is direct translation or equivalent word for "先輩" in bisaya. Kuya means "お兄ちゃん" but some people especially the middle aged people call young boys "Kuya". It's like cute way of saying just like in Japanese they call young boys "ぼくちゃん".
Interesting. I thought kuya is only for older one but it seems like it has various meanings 🤪🍣
