The shots you got on this hike were incredible. Just really neat angles, it felt like I was really standing on a boulder just below you waiting to go up next!
"That right there is a person swallowing hole.." Lol nope won't be doing that yikes!!! Lol the shot of your arm reaching down for the pack. And your poor legs must have been all scraped up from the rocks. You are brave!!
O haha I have not finished my 25. I did all of the optional ones. so While I have 25 total so far its not truly complete. You'll know when I am actually done when my counter reads 34/25 lol
Yow - amazing video!! Scary!! At age 71 now, when I do Adams and Madison, I will probably backpack up Air Line, set up my tent at Valley Way tent site and descend on Valley Way. Was this hike before or after you slipped on that loose rock in the stream, reinjuring your knee?
That sounds like a totally sensible choice. Honestly Air Line is one of my favorites too! This was literally the day just before the slip and fall actually!
Two great trails in one Adam, certainly a treat for us. I love the clagged in days when the ascent is in the cloud, but then it clears later. Knowing how you film, I can't help but think about you doing this all twice for the extra shots. It does make it even better, but take care out there. Another great vlog. I always look forward to your vlogs dropping. I hope you are healing well. Thanks for sharing, and have a great weekend.
Do you prefer the rock scrambles or the caves?
Is this video after your arm and knee injury? It's incredible. Love the atmospheric music. How did you ever keep retrieving uoyr camera?? Amazing.
No this was actually the day directly before!
Love the choice of music for the hike up Chemin Des Dames... it reminds me of the game Myst, which totally fits with climbing through the fog!
yes very moody and atmospheric!
Hi Adam, how do you do such a trip with only the small pack? I am curious about how much water you brought. Thanks!
O just my two bottles it was not very far since both trails branched off from the same spot in the bowl it wasn't a full day worth of hiking.
Thank you!!@@AdamHoyt

I really did hate how many of those I came across hahaha
What a stunning presentation bud, you definitely know how to make brilliant atmosphere! 👏👏
Thank you so much 😀
Congrats on completing your T25’s with these two 🤙⚡️⛰️, Adam!

Can you do a video of the hardest hikes in Virginia? I just moved to the dmv area need help!
if I lived in Virginia! Maybe someday haha
Do you have a video on what you take with you on your day hikes or what you take if you do an overnight to hit two peaks in the NH 48?
No I have not done any videos like that yet!
Ohh man I’m jealous!!
it really was a fun day!
How well marked is this trail?
um hmm. I think well enough. I was never getting lost.
I got lost going down CDD a couple days ago. Its so tight in places the trail is a little tough to follow on the way down.
