Hello! How is the smell with the cleaning fluid? I've used non-toxic strip chemicals before, such as SolventKleene products, and they smell quite horrible.

it is a 1.5 gallon tank. it works great on air assisted airless guns. read the reviews and comments on the product page on www.totalfinishingsupplies.com
This will remove powder coatings, Teflon, polyesters, urethane, etc. rinses with water and you concerned that you still have to use a nylon parts brush to remove it after a soak?
Jason Aguirre simple green is corrosive to a lot of metals and can adversely affect finely machined items such as air caps. Also simple green does not work well on catalysts and solvent based paint materials.
@@JasonAguirre you can purchase the sonic tank and the proprietary solution recommended here: totalfinishingsupplies.com/collections/featured-products/products/1-5-gallon-heated-stainless-steel-ultra-sonic-cleaner?variant=34787136635047 Thanks!

Yes absolutely
Can this be used on the air caps of electrostatic paint guns? The air caps are of some sort of durable "plastic".

Do I need to disconnect from hoses?
Yes
u dont have anything smaller than 5 gallon for the cleaner
