Same here 😂
I am in my late 60s and have picked up the piano after decades of not touching the notes. I told my piano teacher I’d like to learn a Beethoven piece and she suggested this one. Those first notes and first eight bars! I am so hooked on getting this piece as correct as I can. The ability of someone like Beethoven or (name your favorite composer here) to put notes together in a way that creates such beauty, no words to adequately describe this kind of genius.
That is great! I hope you'll find the videos helpful.
yes I feel the same! My main instrument is the viola but the school had us to choose a second instrument as well and then I thought, oh well I can as well choose the piano. So here I am now, totally hooked on the idea to wanting to play this piece. The sheet music hasn't scared me away and that's a great start. I wish you the best of luck with your practice!
There’s no way I can play it like that having tomorrow class hahaha. Wish me luck!
I did and when I was 9 and im 10 rn, so I believe in you. You can do it! You can do it!
Here is some advice. Play it slowly until you can play it 3x in a row perfect. Remember to use a metronome. Then, gradually increase the speed every time. Repeat these steps many times until you get to this speed. This may seem hard, but work hard every day and I promise it will pay off. Do your best, don't stress. I believe in you. You can do it!!!🤗🤗😄😄🤭💞💞💕💕♥️♥️👍👍
@@sandyxian5008 9!!!!!!!im going to learn it now im about to be 14
@@riblja_kita2488 good luck!
@@sandyxian5008 thanks
I have this piece for my piano exam. I just realized Im playing it too slow and now Im damned.
update: I mastered it hehe
at which course are you?
orion orion Exact same as you, only I’m playing this for a competition in March
Update: It’s been cancelled for a reason that shall not be mentioned
Maya Astner I was shocked how naturally it happened. I was able to play it in original speed in 2 days. Good luck
@ orion Orion I can't see any tempo markings on it so who's to say how fast it should go? J think slower with more feing would be better.
orion orion bruh also have this peace for my piano exam and I’m busted and I haven’t mastered it yet ToT hee hee I mastered too!
I played this on my Keyboard when I was ten years old (only right hand) and sixteen years later it is still one of my favorite pieces. The melody is so beautiful.
Reminds me of the good old times of my childhood. So grateful to have classical music in my life
Beethoven! True genius in both the simplest and most complex of melodies.
At last! A piece by Beethoven that can actually be played! Trust me, after working 40 hours a week, I don't have
the ability to sit at the piano after dinner and play his "Waldstein" sonata at leisure.
but Ling Ling plays 40 hours a day
@@anshisalad Steve is working a real job. He is beat down and has no energy for piano. Ling, on the other hand, is practicing or performing, so playing Waldstein would be easy for him, but it may or may NOT be pleasurable. Oh I see. is that what you meant? That Ling wouldn't have any desire to play Beethoven in a leisurely fashion after actually laboring, working at the piano for 40 hours???? Ah. I get it now. If you meant that Ling has had it up to his ears with playing and is just sick of it after 40 hours, you are right. Very clever of you, It is my experience too. I can't stand the sight of a piano after working 30 hours in a week, plus. practicing also,
@@MarkTarmannPianoCheck_it_out that was actually a joke from the youtube channel “twoset violin”
The first Beethoven song I played was Ecossaise
@@MarkTarmannPianoCheck_it_out bruh
Such a great song to play! I love Beethoven but it's really difficult to find something that is playable for beginners
@thedarkredpiano5168 : j don't understand what you mean " la lettre à Élise " est difficile ? ? you are youtuber no a pianist .
Ahhh this piece is unforgettable. It was my Std 5 Music Exam piece for Recorder... And after all those years I can still pick up the Recorder and play it perfectly...
我女儿学琴三个月去参加她人生的第一个比赛,弹的就是这首Beethoven的sonatina in G major。昔日的美好时光重现,感慨万千!
😯🙋🏾♀️ *Hello and my mind is blown right now. Thank you so much for posting this!* All credit to God I learned this piece in my 1st year of piano and over the years a chunk of it had escaped my mind and I couldn't remember the exact title for anything! Sonata in G Minor, Sonata in G Major(I was soooo close😄)...but I prayed this morning after watching an Adrien Roger's sermon and *BOOM* the Lord answered my prayer. I went through Sonata No. 20 in G Major Op.7 ...No. 2 ...and an Op.49er😄 and I was like "Nope, the title was not this difficult, let alone the score." Lol.
Thanks again I look forward to revisiting this piece, a lot of good memories will come back to me.🙆🏾♀️🎶
Thank you. Beethoven's compositions are in public domaine, so you can find them easily on online music libraries such as imslp
I learned piano for 5 years and I’m still playing this….

this song was fun to play when i was little

Has anyone noticed this sounds like Haydn's 100th symphony and the 2nd movement of Mozart's piano sonata no 45?
Very good!! I'm trying to learn how to play it. Very slowly though. ;-)
I used to play it perfectly when i was 10 :) then i stopped playing it for about a year and I'm leatning it again now! Hope u can perfect it:)

Una risa musical.
❤❤❤
COOL
If someone plays this as a band composition with a singer (ofc modernized), this would definitely be a hit song! How come nobody did that ;-;
Have to learn this in one day for an ensemble. Wish me luck
Good luck! I hope you find the video helpful.

Just finished the A section! ❤️
Who else automaticly counts in their head while the piece is playing? I can't help it😂
Me, lol
For this piece yes
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart are you really him
陈泳晖 bruh he's ded
His many beats per minute do you think this is? I think it is nearer 120 rather than the 98 that a moderato would be. It did sound to fast and mechanical to me.
Learning this piece has been fun but left hand was hard
super
Thank you! I'm glad you liked it :-)
I have to play this for my musical federation tommorow 😬
