Where did you get the power to run this at full speed?

Uh well you can put two House circuits (110v-120v) together in series and get 220-240V and then transforming that 220-240v into three phases and then using that for the siren motor

It can rotate, but I believe the rotator uses a separate power supply, which either wasn’t connected or simply wasn’t turned on.
