  • In this tutorial video, Zane shows how to utilize Markers in Mixcraft 10 and 10.5. Markers serve a variety of purposes. They can be used simply for adding notes such as “Chorus Here!” or “fix the guitar effects at mix time,” or they can perform functions such as changing the project tempo, key, or time signature.

Great video. Would love to be able to change the default marker color.

Sad to see that the white marker is not available in Version 10. It worked well with the Dark Visual Theme in Version 9. Is there a way to move (drag) all of the Markers at the same time? For example if you shortened/lengthened a verse(s) etc.?

It is possible to select the area between two markers to export only a specific part? The only method that I know of is to select the area by clicking and dragging and then clicking the "export selected area" checkbox on export. This is very inconvenient because I never click in the right spot unless zoomed in, and when zoomed in it takes forever to scroll horizontally and select the region. Then if I want to edit the selection, I must start over. Is there any way to simply select the area between two markers, or perhaps to export a section between two markers?
    Thank you!

@Eagleheart595 That's already possible in Mixcraft 10. Show the marker list (as demonstrated at 04:18), right click on a marker, and choose "Select Time" in the pop-up. That will select that area. Then check the "use Selection" option on the File/Mix Down dialog.
