I truly appreciate what you said towards the end of your vlog about people wanting to finish something first so they can be the first one to scream about it. I was so frustrated without people on IG when they were posting spoiler reviews and reels less than 24 hours after the release! Luckily I wasn’t spoiled but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
If you like T. Kingfisher's writing, you should try her fantasy romance novels! I'd probably start with her paladin series, which starts with Paladin's Grace, and will eventually be 7 books (4 right now). They are one book one couple, which I know you like less, but they're my favorite fantasy romances, and there's an overarching plot that you slowly get hints about. The world is amazing, I love the romances, and I'm so attached to all the characters. Plus, she's so good at the atmosphere, and her eerie/horror writing sneaks in every once in a while.
It was great to see all the amazing memories that I made with amazing people again❤. My favourite trip! Loved it and I will definitely join the obscure adventure trip in Africa or South America ❤. Miss everyone so much!
Tell me why I’m cheering you on in my living room at 9am going “yes go ead girl don’t let the anxiety stop you !!” 😂 was so proud of you going on this trip after seeing how anxious you was about going. As a homebody who gets anxious like this I totally related and was so proud of you ! Well done hun !
If you want to travel outside your comfort zone may I suggest Vietnam? With conversion it’s even more affordable than Thailand. The people there are the absolute nicest, and it’s a wonderful adventure. However most of the day to day traveling is on motorbike so it’s literally a game of frogger to cross the street. But Hanoi is wonderful (I’m not a club person but def worth doing once) their beaches further south are beautiful. It’s one of my fav places. But staring at the street did give me a headache! Also Cambodia was cool! It’s funny cuz they don’t trust their money atms spit out usd. They also accept baht (I once paid in baht something that was listed in usd and then received their local currency as change lol). But Angkor watt takes the cake of all ruins! We only spent two days but I’m sure a few more would be good to not feel overwhelmed. We only did for a weekend but I’m sure there is more the country has to offer! (Also with their conversion rate soooo affordable. I kept a receipt from one of the tourist bars (so you know it’s marked up) cuz my husbands Jameson & ginger was like $2.30 and I don’t think I’d ever see alcohol so cheap lol.
Hi Becca! In Australia, we hardly ever get new releases in hard cover, but get them in large paperback instead! You do miss out on the end paper or any under dust jacket artwork, but overall its better. Glad you had such a fun trip! :)
I was wondering if you would end up seeing The 1975! I saw them when they were here in the US and it was so fun...been watching live streams of their UK tours and I miss them! And I appreciate your spoiler stuff about HOFAS...I'm not in a fantasy romance mood at the moment so I've been putting it off for when I can enjoy it.
As A Thai who is now living aboard, watching your vlog really makes me miss Thailand.

You saying that on the holiday obviously you don't want to be cold VS me religiously going back to Edinburgh every holidays for the last few years 🫣😂
I'm not a reality tv fan at all, but The Traitors is peak television.
