Could be a new machine? That's what happened in my province. A local doctor was facing legal charges because a patient died, perforated kidney too. It was just months ago. The patient was also not that fat.

Plastic surgery is far too commonplace, especially for the young. We need to reevaluate what beauty is and consider the internet celebs as vapid and vain.
As the mother of four teen daughters we have to teach them beauty is within and there are no shortcuts on the journey to health. Eating right and exercising both the body and the mind are the only solutions.I feel for this girl…I have a slow terminal disease called CRPS and my body is no longer perfect and I have to accept its strengths and limitations and if society doesn’t like my jiggly thighs…that’s on them❤
Full transparency, when you feel you are overweight and diet and exercise doesn’t seem to be working, you may consider taking any necessary steps to help you feel better about yourself. I’m sorry her dad is dealing with such loss and I pray other young women her age understand you don’t have to go that route. Before you change externally, you have to change how you see yourself internally and sadly, self-acceptance comes with time and maturity. You can’t rush the process.
Exercise is not always the answer to trouble areas….but surgery never is…seriously to be so self focused is not healthy…who cares if you have a tummy poof or flab inner thighs?

If you want to loose weight eat fruits and vegetables and lift weights/play sports. I lost 50 lbs in 8 months last year no problem. I have gained 10 of it back so I need to go back on salads. You shouldn't look for instant gratification in life because it can have dire consequences like with this lady.
You have to be one with a perfect body… it’s a genetics. It’s don’t care how many days a week you work out. You will never look like a pro body builder unless you are born with it. It’s genetics… that perfect symmetry is all genetics. You cannot lift weights and get that no matter how many years you do that for.
It is always a risk in a the third world country. Like mine Colombia, has the best plastic surgeons but there are also those who do clandestine work for much less but the risk isn't worth it.
The public just doesn't get it, Hard work at the gym,outdoor activities, in nature lots, living clean and healthy makes you beautiful, you don't need anything else.

I saw a. Lip of someone getting liposuction for their abdominal fat. Was like looking at a horror show. No wonder that organs and nerves can be damaged. She was so beautiful and was dearly loved by her family, but evidently the ridicule and bullying at school went into her subconscious and affected her self esteem.
Never ever travel abroad for surgery. The cost might be cheap but your life might be lost as a result. It may seem tempting but resist. The standards are very different, and the aftercare is non-existent.
