Great video, real life is always the best! A video on whey caramel would be awesome! So the big curd mass, did you stretch it or just knead it? And how will it be finished off? Sorry if you said in the video, I couldn't really hear the last little bit because my noisy kiddos came in 🙂Also, would you ever be interested in doing in person cheese making classes? Thanks!
I have made mozzarella successfully and struggled more recently with stretching it. Got gloves. Still so hot and doesn't stretch nicely, but breaks. Maybe has to do with the ph!? Also, I wasn't keen on getting a van, but when we got one, i began to realize it's the best!!!
I'm always amazed wat hing people talk with their hands whilst holding a cup/mug and nothing spills out lol, was there anything actually in your very lovely mug which I really love? 😄 love your videos 📹 ❤️
