You described your own music as genre bending, so I think you'll love Gacharic Spin, they do a bit of everything, mix it all up and output pure Gachapin (nickname for the band).
Bassist F Chopper Koga is a well known bass-player in Japan, the "Chopper" part of her name is in fact a reference to the Japanese term for bass slapping which is "chopping".
Here is a live clip of them performing this song live in January 2022: ruclips.net/video/11xO7GlXvSA/видео.html Hana, who was on drums in the MV you reacted to here, is on guitar here as drummer Yuri who was off on maternity leave had returned by the time this was filmed. Hana adds some wailing prog guitar licks over that crazy interlude.
There is also this live clip from June 2021: ruclips.net/video/lQFBwxoEnmg/видео.html Hana is on drums here as Yuri was still off on maternity leave at the time.
I would recommend to watch their song "I Wish I" next.

Great reaction. My introduction to this band was a live version of this song and when it was over I literally thought "WTF did I just listen to?" The solo reminded me of the short lived jazz rock fusion genre of the 1970"s. These women are extremely talented and you guys are right, their music can border on chaotic but it flows. Somehow they can put a variety of genres into their music writing blender and what comes out is pure Gacharic Spin. They have definitely become one of my favorite bands. The energy of their live shows is off the charts. Hopefully one day I can see them live.

I love these ladies. They pronounce it like Gotcha Rick. They are all pretty interesting. The pink haired singer, Angelina 1/3, is a relatively new member and the youngest. There is also another drummer, Yuri, that joined in 2019. The drummer in this video, Hana, is a multi-instrumentalist and has pretty much moved to guitar. The bass player, F Chopper Koga, was getting ready to quit music, but she got together with her high school friend Hana and decided to make this band. They can all sing, but F Chopper doesn't really sing much. There are quite a few songs where Angelina 1/3, Hana, Oreo (keyboardist) and Tomo-zo (guitarist) sing. They all have great voices.
The band has had some ups and downs, like the loss of their original singer, Armmy, who left in 2012 due to health reasons, and passed away in 2015. They've had quite a few touring vocalists. One of their side projects, Doll$Boxx, featured the lead singer, Fuki, from another great band called Unlucky Morpheus (metal band with a violin). The videos from Doll$Boxx are pretty fun.

This is one of the songs I listen to when I'm getting my day started. Stuck in traffic jamming out to GS. I'm sure the other drivers get a treat watching me dance in my seat. So many good songs from this band. Definitely check out 「I wish I」live, posted a couple months ago. Hana, drums and vocals, also absolutely shreds on the guitar. But you really can't go wrong with any song. And they genre bend like you wouldn't believe. Funkiest rock band in Japan.
And if you are going down the Japanese female rock band path, then Band-Maid is a must listen. And you wanna talk about genre bending, B-M is their own genre. You mentioned MtH. Akane, the drummer, got her inspiration to play from Nao. She's a huge fan. And her double kick is ferocious. I recommend Secret My Lips or DOMINATION Live. But really, any B-M song will leave you speechless.
A few other of my favorites would be Tricot (math rock), TRiDENT (Hard Rock), SCANDAL (rock/alt rock) and Mass of the Fermenting Dregs (ummm, MotFD). ぽ

Thank you for all this information. I agree their technical prowess is not acknowledged enough in reaction videos. They are clearly technically trained on advanced jazz riffs and styles - hence the Return to Forever clip.... Incredible creativity in all of their songs. The musicianship is something I never tire of even after seeing their videos countless times! They are chaotic, yes. BUT they are not random - their chaos is perfected to the note and is replicated perfectly live too. VERY few groups could handle this advanced music.

GS started in 2009, with a lead singer called Armmy (Takae Ashitomi). They did a sort of highly technical punk-pop, but crossed genres a lot. They started to have friction between Armmy and the rest of the band, and then in early 2012 she left, officially for health reasons. She died in 2015; their work with her is very much worth seeing-here is an early one: “Setsunaku” ruclips.net/video/vfzIt20_xXg/видео.html The girls were all just out of high school, and you can see they were already very technical.
When Armmy left, GS had tours lined up in both Japan and abroad for 2012, and needed a lead singer. For the Japan tour various singers (including Fuki) filled in for different shows, but they couldn’t find someone good enough who could also commit to the band full time For their overseas tour Hana (who was doing drums and vocals and was effectively the co-leader of the band) took the lead vocals on herself. She also happens to play several other instruments. Here is a live performance of their track Across The Now from a tiny venue in France (filmed as part of their 2012 overseas tour-this was Hana's first test at taking lead vocals whilst drumming): ruclips.net/video/_LnVAgqlE8g/видео.html
GS had had great chemistry with Fuki when she filled in for them, so while they were figuring out what to do with GS they contacted Fuki about doing a more metal project. This became Doll$Boxx. They wrote and recorded their first album at the end of 2012, then picked up GS again full time in 2013. This remains their main focus, and Fuki is busy with many projects including her main band Unlucky Morpheus, but they occasionally continue to perform together when their schedules permit. So Doll$Boxx can be considered a special project of GS.
Regarding the genre of Gacharic Spin, it's pretty much impossible to pin it down to any one thing, although by and large they'd probably fall very roughly in the "pop rock" genre although they really just do whatever they want at any given time. You'll find everything in their back catalogue from metal and punk to electro, dance, pop and ballads. Most of their recent work merges multiple genres.
In recent years, Gacharic Spin have added more personnel (a drummer, allowing Hana to focus on guitar and vocals, and dancers who also sing). Core personnel (these are also the members of Doll$Boxx along with Fuki):
Hana (Hana Sano): vocals, drums, guitar, keytar, other instruments
    Tomo-Zo (Tomoko Midorikawa): lead guitar
    F-Chopper Koga (Michiko Koga): bass
Oreo Reona (Reona Suzuki): keyboards, vocals
All of them can sing and occasionally take on lead or backing vocals. Hana and Oreo also do metal growls in some songs. Several other performers have rotated in and out of GS. Currently they list Yuri as their drummer and Angelina doing dance and vocals. Here's a fun video of them performing their track Hunting Summer: ruclips.net/video/fWPyXZzeV3Y/видео.html Oreo takes lead vocals on this and there's a fun dueling keyboard solo between her and one of the dancers.
Here is Fantasy Medley, live, a medley of several of Tomo-zo's songs which are often named with a fantasy theme like Weekend Fantasy, Final Fantasy, etc: ruclips.net/video/HLoqx_6B3Tw/видео.html
Finally, you just watched "Mindset". Lets just say very few bands have the technical chops to pull off anything like this.

It was a fun reaction video! Thank you, guys👍😉
Btw, all members of Gacharic Spin except the bassist can sing😂
I was going to suggest Band-Maid, but you said you are fun of Band-Maid and MTH. So I suggest you my #2 fav band "Sokoninaru".
They are an extremely technical 3-piece Mathcore band.
Here is the song I suggest:

    Have fun!
