Ok let me tell me about one of my absolute favorite galaxy experiences it's when sometimes when I leave the phone with RUclips app open and the video is over sometimes when the video runs out it will turn off screen and some other time it just won't so that way you never know so it happened that it will go for an hour without turning off. is that one of those features that improve quality of experiences for your customers? Because I'm not enjoying the feature and it's not good for AMOLED screens is it ?
Sansung, I wanted to make a suggestion, even though it's unlikely that you will respond to my request. I would love for you to make a smartphone with a 4.0 inch screen approximately, with more current configurations. I know the trend is to make larger screens, but a little compatibility for old times would be nice. If it were cheaper, more people would be able to buy it and it wouldn't be sold so little. That's my suggestion.
Why do your phones become unusable if the user lets the battery die (get to 0%). I bought a phone 2 months ago, and it's now a glorified paperweight since it won't charge after the battery died. And before you say anything, the charging port is clean, the charger is in perfect condition, and I've the "forced restart" thing multiple times to no avail.

You basically become a slave to your device, and that doesn't strike you as odd? In days gone by, your phone would simply power off if the charge was too low, and you would just plug in your charger, and the phone would actually charge (crazy concept). Now you risk bricking your phone and losing all of your data if don't keep it charged? How is that even legal?

Samsung needs to release the one ui7 already this is getting ridiculous. We need better battery performance optimization. The cameras need updated for better low light, better color accuracy and zoom. This absolutely crucial.

Samsung is the best it has a good battery big screen the video cameras are extremely good better than the iphone the design is cool the company does its job.
My Samsung s21 256GB, after less than 3 years start having the boot loop issue, i did a factory reset and more thing to fix it but it can not be used. I will not recommend samsung again as i suppose a 700+ euros phone should be reliable. Exinos CPU got broken according to Samsung technical center and to fix it i need to pay 400 euros.

The UI feels cheap and clunky. The all icons, the 3 icons at the bottom of the screen, the colours, the layout. I can’t explain it but it feels cheap. All this did is ensure that I will never purchase a Samsung phone.
I was a Samsung user for many years. I owned every Galaxy Note device and, most recently, a Galaxy Z Fold 3. Unfortunately, the screen broke a third time after two previous repairs. Each repair took a few weeks, and I had to contact Samsung multiple times before the repair was even initiated, despite having "Samsung Care+." That’s why I switched to the iPhone with AppleCare at the end of last year-best decision! The battery life is better, there are far fewer app crashes, and the operating system design doesn't make me feel like a toddler. It’s not perfect, but it's much more consistent. The only scenario in which I would switch back: 1. Samsung provides reliable support, including an option for power users to receive a new device in case of a defect. Currently, in Germany, there was only one Galaxy Store for repairs in Berlin, and the "repair bus" just doesn't come to my town. 2. Samsung needs to focus on innovating features again. I miss things like "Gesture Control," "Finger Hovering," and "S Beam" (early NFC integration)... all those nice little features that gave these phones a magical touch.

Try to fix Samsung Galaxy S21 FE's 3x portrait camera. Every S21 FE users are facing the same problem. It's just annoying that samsung puts bug in the software update of June 2024 to destroy S21 FE's Portrait camera! It captures photos without details and soft images. I loved the portraits of this camera before June 2024. Please, Fix it in the next update.😡😠
