I find it more likely his trailer was lost when he fled from Lockdown after the Battle of Chicago. He took two to the chest and it is far more likely that Lockdown and Cemetery Wind destroyed the combat platform and Lockdown took most of the weapons for his collection. The skin of the trailer wouldn't form part of the jet pack that would be inside as the skin folds up and forms the bottom of the platform. Optimus would have retrieved the trailer after the battle but would have lost it after DOTM while on the run, or simply ditched it when he took his different disguise to not be recognized.
if Optimus had his jetpack he would've obliterated all those Cemetery Wind agents and Lockdown

Honestly I really love Michael bay’s live action movie Optimus Prime design from TFS’ 1-3. It has always been my definitive design for Optimus as a kid, especially with the flames on him and the trailer.

I like to think that the flight tech is what happened after Que fixed what Jetfire’s parts gave to Optimus, after being ripped apart from the Fallen. So basically, his flight tech was Jetfire + Que on Optimus
I’d like to theorize that at the end of Dark of The Moon, Optimus would recover when he could from his trailer, given it was till salvageable, and bring it back to headquarters (given NEST were to relocate after Sentinel’s tantrum). There, he would optimize the trailer upon further use if there were any missions to embark from NEST until they started going into hiding because of Lockdown arriving to Earth, given some exceptions that Optimus couldn’t use his flight tech, but still had some weapons to utilize. It that we’re the case, Optimus would have no choice but to abandon the trailer so it wouldn’t hold him back and keep his profile down to a minimum. Keeping in mind of your theory that he would leave the trailer to commemorate Que, I’d consider Optimus would instead integrate some parts from the trailer into his own body to immortalize the scientist of his invention. Not say thing this is likely, but I’d like to think this integration of some of the trailer pieces into Optimus’s own body might explain in some way why Optimus dawned a new apperance after coming out of hiding in AOE, gained his shield, and was able to fly, this these new abilities were somehow pieces from the trailer that held all the necessary parts needed to accommodate Prime’s new look and features in some degree.

i believe that que/wheeljack created the trailer but also that it was jetfires old parts that also created it because the rotf jetpack was larger than the dotm one showing that some of jetfires parts went to the armory part and the rest became the flight tech

Here's an idea, what if he actually brought it back to base but because it was damaged, he couldn't drive with it as a trailer anymore. Why didn't he salvage the weapons? Because he soon learnt of the humans plans to exterminate them. It got confiscated and he had to run away.
I’m glad to know that I always thought because of his introduction in tf4 that he was in a big battle and in the fight lost his trailer and barely escaped with his spark hence all the dents and the (somehow) still active bullets(missiles?) I say somehow cause he looks like he had been there awhile and for the ammo to still be active inside his body seems very unlikely. Another theory I always had was that he just abandoned/had it taken away after he changed his form cause he was in his G1 vehicle form yet he was in his tf cinematic universe vehicle form at the end of the movie
It is also possible he recovered the trailer but lost it when hunted and attacked by Cemetery Wind.
Perhaps the trailer was created from the remains of Jetfire, who's parts were used as flight tech in ROTF.

Optimus Prime's trailer backpack basically exploded when he was fighting the deceptions. Before that he also lost his trailer to the clutches of Driller, Shockwave's pet, but it was later revived.
I always thought it disappeared when he scanned the Western Star and gained new abilities with that truck mode, and also on Lockdown's ship.
he scanned the Western Star so that he would stop looking like a piece of crap we see him in the age of Extinction before he was Western Star he was some random C Cab truck that was all rusty and had faded paint

Great video,dude! I believe the flight tech stored inside his trailer and he did take important things from the rest of the trailer which transformed into the armory like his Energon Axe and upgraded Ion Blaster. I think that Wheeljack/Que also upgraded Optimus' weapons like he did with Ironhide and upgraded his weapons. With the flight tech and the other weapons gone, there wasn't really anything left but the armory itself. Optimus probably left it because he couldn't really use it that much anymore, so he left it for Que. And he also only has one Energon Blade in this movie because of the one that he lost in ROTF. 😊😉😁😆😀🤩🤘👍🤘🤖

I think what happened to Optimus's trailer was after the death of Wheeljack and the other Autobots, he decided to turn it to a coffin for him to put the remains of the Autobots and buried them in the ocean as a memoriam for them as their sacrifice for the planet. as for what happened for his weapons, he kept some weapons that he would need.

I think it was more simple than that. With the scientist dead, no one could repair and replace the trailer. Plus we see the video of the wreckers being killed in the last knight so that pretty much does it for anyone able to repair the trailer. Plus given how much of a wreck prime was in at the beginning of that movie whatever was left of the trailer was probably gone in that battle

Optimas got his trailer in revenge of the fallen the great plane autobot gave his life for optimas and that's when he gets his flight tech/trailer.

Or it could be because he left it their because of you see I’m age of extinction he was attacked and trapped by the humans and lockdown, so he probably ditched the trailer took his heavy assault rifle and binded it to his vehicle mode that he took as camouflage , so yes he probably left it because a trailer of that size would weigh him down.
Honestly i just chalked it up to "operating a semi truck is already hard enough, adding a trailer will make shooting scenes over and over too complicated"

I always thought, in my own headcanon, that Optimus Prime simply ditched the trailer right before Age of Extinction to give himself better mobility and speed so he could evade cemetery wind.

What if Blitzwing survived? (Bumblebee)
In the battle when bee busts Blitzwing’s wings, he crashes while bee gets wounded by the fall. After that Blitzwing made it to an old military base there he scanned a tank to have an advantage at the ground and he later received Shatter and Dropkick’s signals before they killed cliffjumper.
When Shatter and Dropkick drives Blitzwing joins them in his tank mode and when stopped he tries to hide his face so he wouldn’t be reconized.
At the final battle it would be him and dropkick against bee, there Blitzwing would meet his demise when bee hooked the chain to his face before throwing it at Dropkick so when the chain got stuck at Dropkick’s rotar blades, Blitzwing got his face ripped off

No one can do anything to make the videos that you make you’re the only one that actually explained how he got his voice back
Aside from a few moments, Optimus is the only Autobot worth a damn in these movies. It must really suck to be one of his followers, knowing that no matter how good you are at fighting, Optimus is the only one who really gets any meaningful kills.
Here’s an idea: WHAT IF...the parts that Wheeljack (Que) used to make the trailer, or at least the flight tech, were Jetfire’s remains from ROTF? After all, Optimus used said remains to get his Jetpower upgrade in ROTF, so it’s not far-fetched!
