If anyone is reading this, then you’re not alone! If you feel like people overlook you, disrespect you, Misunderstand you, and they seem to assume you can’t take care of yourself, I feel the same way, I sometimes let myself get bitter and hateful because of this, but I go back to this video and I remember that people don’t have a superiority over me, like I don’t over them. Remember this too guys because trust me, you don’t want to get stuck in a loop of bitterness and hate.

Im sad because i threw a party today and my bff took over my sleepover party, she was picking the games,telling evreine what to do, moving my stuff, it was her birthday 2 days before, i ran into my room crying and locked my doors, they forgot about me after a couple if mins i woke up alone crying in my room, i went to the lounge and my bff was laughing playing games with my other freinds,
My grandmother died just a few months ago. she was the person who could truly show support with my problems. this really helps me.

My parents were arguing and I cried, Ran straight to my room and shouted “CAN BOTH OF YOU JUST ACCEPT EACHOTHER” then slammed the door. Ian had helped me realized that I am special and a miracle so now I will tell my parents to stop arguing and to realize that I am a miracle and so are them. Thank you Ian

I have 5 friends but, I am scared to show my face so I always eat in the bathroom crying each day or I go eat alone on a bench next to the pool door where nobody is there. My bestie is gthere to support me but I lost her bc she thought I as hiding something while I am eating alone. What do you think I should do? Ian you do not realize how much this saved me. I’m only 13 and I struggle with ADHD, Anxiety, and depression. Recently I’ve felt like there’s not a reason for me to really exist. No one needs me, and i don’t have a purpose. I DIDNT wanna tell anyone because I was worried I’d hurt them. So instead I kept how I was feeling a secret. Thank you.
