    They look like a slight improvment over the old lima version, I`ve a few lima ones to represent BHA that ran here

      They are a small step up from the old Lima models but not as much as you might expect!

    The true test would be to put these in a consist with some full size continental coil carriers. These should be lower and narrower

    As a model they are fine but livery is completely inaccurate. These wagons never ran in the UK. They are built to a continental load gauge and have been given a UK livery in they hope that British modellers will be happy to run them with OO. They look pretty dreadful next to the Class 20. Shame these were not proper Chunnel wagons, British HO is sadly neglected.

      There's a clue in the fact that they came with tension locks fitted and the euro hook and loop as an option rather than the other way round as you'd expect if made for the euro market. You're right about the Class 20 but I wanted an excuse to use it as it's such a beautiful mover and I hadn't used it for a while! Thanks for watching

      They do look like the ferry wagons. The H0 continental coil carriers are much larger than this one, so I think it is british loading gauge, but in H0
