I have stayed there several times in all the property's incarnations and have always enjoyed it. It's right in the center of the Strip where I like to hang.
Nice review my man! Linq was Imperial Palace which was the first casino I visited ever in Vegas, then briefly the Quad which didn't last long then ya now the Linq which is not a bad spot at all. My only gripe with the Linq is it always seems under construction with something, any time I walk through something is being built. I do like Oshea's for the party atmosphere and always spend some time in there each trip.
The Linq rooms don’t look bad. Especially for a budget hotel. Also, that is one of my favorite Guy Fieri restaurants. The trash can nachos are one of my favorite nachos in Vegas.
Nice review of the LINQ Jaycation. I will be staying there for the first time when I am visiting Vegas again in mid January & it looks like the rooms are nice for what is considered a budget hotel by Caesars. I especially like the mini fridge because it allows me to put in my own drinks without having to use the expensive mini bar as is the case with MGM branded hotels. Lastly the location is excellent.
I stayed at it when it was The Quad. Probably the best experience I had in my month in the cheapest room on the Vegas strip in 2013 (which cost about what one of my friends at the time was paying for his Manhattan studio) was being in the one hour or so line at The Quad, and hearing a man who already had one of those really long frozen drinks in his hand complain about how there were too few people checking people in. I don't know why it was funny. I discovered those drinks as being really high quality without any kind of expert advice, but he already knew. And he was almost certainly from New York. And we were both there for the low price. I remember a nasty experience when I got to the clerk, when she said she couldn't find my reservation, but a kinder-hearted female next to her quickly found it, or I might have been bounced to the back of the line.
Great review. Stayed here last year after seeing your first linq review and liked it. It's a great place to stay if you want to bump into RUclipsrs doing live streams 🤫😆
Back in the day 🤣🤣. Try 1993 when Imperial (Pukas) Palace was gritty & the elevators took 20 minutes😝. It was brutal. The Linq is wonderful compared to those days. Bravo to Vegas for renovating👍🎉. I miss the old O’Sheas. It was a UNLV hangout back then. I was in my 20’s & gambling was affordable with fast food too. Sad to see it go. 😌
Gotta wonder why there are stains on the curtains lol the mind boggles but that’s Vegas I guess ! Room looked ok to me Jay I’ve stayed in a lot worse that’s for sure . Stayed in a place called the coconut quey once …we called it the coconut de-quey for obvious reasons 🤣
I stayed at the Linq 2021. I stayed on the 10th floor. Not much of a view. However the room was nice and clean and I had a mini fridge. The elevators were slow But. The best part of staying at the Linq. I won a "jackpot" . And got a hand pay. I will forever remember staying at the LINQ!!!!
Thanks for the video Jaycation..I have a question! How did you book this hotel for such an amazing price? Whenever I go to their website I see prices of more than 300 :(
Jay I will visit Vegas for the 4th time March 19-24th for spring break. I visited in 21’ for my 1st time. 22’ for my birthday. 23’ for my cousin’s birthday. Excited for this new trip. I’m bringing my 3 youngest sons ages 16, 17 & 18. I rented a 4 bedroom Airbnb off the strip. I’m gonna watch as many of your videos & Norma’s videos as I can. 😊
Stayed at Linq back in 2022 by Vegas standards I regard it as second lowest tier in terms of quality (it's definitely not as bad as say Circus Circus, OyO or Excalibur) and maybe on a par with say Flamingo. If you are on a budget though it's a great property because it's location is amazing and it has the Linq Promenade which is great for bars. The other drawback is that there are a lot of homeless hanging around the front of the property which can feel unsafe. The pool and gym are fairly basic but fine again if you are on a budget. My only recommendaiton is don't fly all the way to Vegas to stay when there are so many better options.
Nice review! I've never stayed at the Linq before, but I did book a King Suite there on a comp for my upcoming trip in January. Keep up the good work pinoy! 🤙
I know theres better hotels but this is walking distance from everything, it's why I keep staying here everytime I come. Haven't had a problem with it ever.
I feel like every time I go through the Linq they’re tearing up the floors. It always seems like it’s still under construction. Its theme seems to be “cheap.” The promenade is like the pure Disney-fied version of Fremont Street. But that’s just my opinion. I’m more of a Park MGM guy.
Me and the fam just left there yesterday. I don't know why hotels have gotten rid of refrigerators as well as microwaves. We wasted so much food. And my aunt was the only one with a fridge, because she had a suite.
I've been in this property many times and have won a lot of money in it and O'sheas. I've tried most of the restaurants, but as far as staying here, no way, Jose. This place is not for me it's too loud, and I don't like the clientele that shows up at the Linq. I need places like the M resort and Red Rock, just my two cents. Jay, we'll catch you on the next video
Your channel has become my go-to channel for Vegas Hotel Reviews. Keep up the great work!
Looks decent, Jay. I like its location. Thanks for the leg work!
Good location not the best hotel though
I have stayed there several times in all the property's incarnations and have always enjoyed it. It's right in the center of the Strip where I like to hang.
Right in the center its a great location!
Okay. Jay. heee we go. Keep them coming. Happy Holidays🎉
Happy Holidays as well!
Great price for being in the center of all the action. And lots to eat close by so def a nice option. Thanks for the cool video.
Lots to grub on!
The Linq looks alright Jay. Thanks for the video
Its decent

Tilted Kilt is highly underrated imo. classic sports pub. food is (or was last time I was there a few years back) excellent. Thanks for checkin it out
I enjoyed it!

Yes a great budget option!
Love the Linq promenade! The Tilted Kilt holds a special place in my heart LOL. Great job my friend!

Thanks for the video Jaycation..I have a question! How did you book this hotel for such an amazing price? Whenever I go to their website I see prices of more than 300 :(
It was a weekday and just on Caesars Website

Their pool is a tight squeeze especially when it’s full and everybody’s moving out of the heat into the shaded part of the pool
Yeah its not that big of a pool but u get what u pay for lol

Happy Sunday Jaycation😊
Happy Sunday!!
How are the elevators? We stayed there several years ago and they were slow and two were out of order
They were fine, its the harrahs elevators u have to worry about
I do enjoy the Linq. One of my favorite places to stay. Not a fan of the soaps attached to the wall. The dining options at Linq are wonderful.
Yeah dont like the toiletries on the wall
I'll be there next week for my birthday! 🎰🤪🍾
Happy early bday!
Hi I would like to know what hotel you like better The Linq or The Flamingo??
I’ll give it a go
Price is right!
I know theres better hotels but this is walking distance from everything, it's why I keep staying here everytime I come. Haven't had a problem with it ever.
$9 for 5 wings. holy shit. back in 1988 it was $0.10 a wing.
Lol 35 years later…. 🤣
Did you have to pay for parking at the hotel?
Awesome job partner drop a like
Yessir!
No probably jay

@@Jaycation Exactly!
Staying at the Linq next month for my birthday! Last time I stayed was the Imperial Palace, hope I'm not disappointed😢😢😢
Usually stay at Harrahs!!
You should invited Gordon Ramsay or Guy Pieri to eat with you, Jay
Diamond plus gets you 4 any size Starbucks drinks a day 😊 or drinks at the bar or at the shops (ceasars properties Las Vegas)
Wow too bad im not plus lol
@@Jaycation if I see you in Vegas, Starbucks on me! Lol 😆
Haven't stayed at the Linq, but really like the promenade. Jaycation and Jeff - two of the nicest people! 😎🤗🎄
Jeff is the best! Thanks Amy
I've hung out at the Linq a few times, some fun bars and restaurants. It's not a place I'd stay, though. 😅
Haha i was gonna say not your type of hotel

I am guessing bracelets are really popular right now because I have seen you and one other person wear them !
Thanks to Taylor Swift for the friendship bracelets!
Try the breakfast sandwich. Definitely delicious but very bad for you.
