One thing I don't get about the AP for slayer is Intensifying Fury under enlightenment. "Press X during Burst Enhancement to return to normal mode. When absorbing Vigor, MP recovery +5%", I have this unlocked and I don't see any kind of vigor buff or debuff anywhere
Seeing as it is a full swiftness class, you’ll already have a short cooldown on your spacebar on top of being very mobile so I think 1 charge should be plenty. I can only really see it being useful if you want to build your adr stacks faster, having the extra points to level up other skills for more dmg feels more right for me. Though in the end it all comes down to preference.

dropping wild rush to 4 to upgrade rest of skills is convenient? u lose the double charge
