Seeing as it is a full swiftness class, you’ll already have a short cooldown on your spacebar on top of being very mobile so I think 1 charge should be plenty. I can only really see it being useful if you want to build your adr stacks faster, having the extra points to level up other skills for more dmg feels more right for me. Though in the end it all comes down to preference.

been running this build ever since it came out and my insta cast skill build copied from KR Streamer FASFAS and JangJ
dropping wild rush to 4 to upgrade rest of skills is convenient? u lose the double charge
