Are game MODERATORS hiding UNDER THE ROAD to catch HACKERS?

Police patrol on TruckersMP from Calais to Duisburg during rush hours. Few bans, in-game reports and more in this video. There's a funny situation in this video where I suddenly went under the road during a game review.
