    I had an acquaintance who called up Conway Twitty back in the 1980's. He was actually listed in the phone book under "Harold Jenkins'.! He answered the phone himself and she pretended to know him. She said that he was very polite. Eventually she admitted that she was just a fan that did not really know him and he chuckled and was very nice. He was a real person!!

    Conway wasn't very tall and he didn't have a great body. But he sang to women like he absolutely loved them. He was the sexiest man that I have ever seen!!

    My Mom @ Dad loved Twiggy City! They went there many time especially at Christmas time when it was all decorated for the holidays. It was truly a beautiful site. They loved Conway Twitty!!!

    I seen in Conways museum, he had a 1955 thunderbird convertible with only 163 actually miles on it. beautiful car

    Sad see Conway and the Twitty place gone. Nice have Fans to remember him. I sure do his music and songs he sang and the voice in each song very special lots of Fans around the world. Rate 100% video tell true Conway like be close to his fans now and forever more. But he still in are hearts and music listen will live on year come. God bless Conway Twitty.

    WOW this brings back some memories. My mother is Friends with Conways sister Norma Jean, we use to spend the summer there, i was a little kid at the time, it was so cool to see it again, i remember those buildings and music halls he had, they had a museum tour thing with all his Gold records. I remember those short shorts LOL big sock. I remember Michael singing too in the auditorium where Conway was Signing autographs.. Thanks for posting this, very nice!!!

    I like his simplicity and humbleness. He is very lucky to have such a beautiful place to call his own. I like t hear him speaking on his gratefulness for his fans that are the ones that suport his music. I first heard ihim in my hometown in north Italy before learning English and now that I know the language I want to finally listen to every word of his songs.

      I saw him one time in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and he was GREAT!!! Got to talk to him and he was so nice and friendly. Told him that I had just been to an ELVIS CONCERT and he said he would love to see ELVIS in concert....Never got a chance..I LOVE his music ❤Got all of his CD'S.....

    He’s a good man. He originally wanted to be a preacher and I can see that. They don’t make them like Conway anymore! He kinda reminds me of Elvis Presley! Another great one!

    i was born in 1989 , so i never got to know him when he was alive , jot really but i got to know him 5 yrs ago and didnt realize i was a fan until i rode 16 hrs in a car and listened non stop to him.i would of turned on someone else and skiped cds. lol heard all his songs and maybe skipped over 15 mostly his very early ones.i am thank ful .blake shelton singing his songs. that is very nice complaint. love that. so sad. wish he was more respected. his songs we so well written and delivered well

    He held the record for the most number one singles of any act with 40 No. 1 Billboard country hits until George Strait broke the record in 2006. Check into it.

      Conway had 55 total number one hits in his career. George Strait now has the record, but it wasn't totally organic like Conway. There was a big media blitz to get George Strait over the hump get the record. Don't get me wrong, I like George Strait, but he's no Conway Twitty.

    He built twitty city so his family could live their and they could be close together and his fans could see him in real life so why the hell did his wife sell everything and his poor children thrown out. He will be turning in his grave. He should of been buried their because he loved the place his family and fans.
    His wife should have been stopped by a judge and all his possession frozen to stop the sell of what he built.
