I just made a bracelet for myself . I am so spacey and need to ground myself to take a license exam. Hoping I can ground myself and am able to study . I am so distracted recently. Concentrating on my books is super hard . Hope this works .
I just bought a rose gold hematite bracelet , and I felt a lot less calmer and less triggered upon wearing it . Metallic crystals are starting to grow a lot on me. I love pyrite too. 😊
I took a necklace with quite a lot of hematite beads and it felt really heavy on my chest. I will have to remove hematite and onyx and maybe it will be better

It may need to be energetically cleansed, but generally speaking Hematite tends to be heavy than most crystals :)
