This is one of the first gems I’ve gotten! I used it last night in your selenite meditation. My palm in my receiving hand was so WARM & I felt so much energy coming in! That isn't selenite ( selenite being clear as glass in the shape shown), but satin spar, does that mean Satin Spar has the same properties as Selenite? And if so, if it's as cheap & plentiful as is my understanding, why does everyone use Satin Spar instead of Selenite? They are in the same family. I've never seen anyone use actual Selenite online, so clearly the terms are interchangeable so far as the Spiritual community is involved, & I am interested in it's actual uses....not the proper name being used. I have some Satin Spar that was gifted to me, but it hasn't been cut into selenite shapes, (it's very old, they didn't have a demand for wands & slabs of satin spar back then) a big round fibrous ball, I immediately fell in love with it's energy, ( I sleep with it!), but I can't use it for cleaning other crystals, etc. I have rubbed it on my temples & gotten rid of a headache!!! You can buy either, they will both have the same effect so it is purely your personal preference. The clear type is genuine Selenite and the milky one is Satin Spar (but it is sold as Selenite). They will both have the same effects. 🙏💖🙏
Well, there are only a few gemstones that can be faked, and are cost-worthy to fake. Creating a fake of an inexpensive, readily available stone is not worth the cost. So it's best to just know what can be fake and make sure you ask the seller specifically if it's genuine 🙏💖🙏
I just received my selenite charging square and it felt so good when I opened it but then I decided to salt it with dry sea salt with my other crystals to give it a clean. I didnt do it for long but I feel i stripped it of its energy, I'm worried I damaged it:( do I just need to charge it under the sun for awhile? Should I purchase a new one to help it?
Dry salt won't energetically or physically damage it, but if you felt an energetic difference try placing it by some Citrine or Carnelian for a recharge. 🙏💖🙏

TBH THO i have that selenite cube shape, I use it in smudging with it and Titanium quartz as well combining them both. But i really love smudging both titanium quartz and selenite crystal energy chakra with my prayers.

Don't worry - It's actually more resilient than I've been hearing. One of my rock vendors did an experiment by leaving some stock out in the rain for days and it took on no damage at all. 🙏💖🙏
Hi this is just what I’ve heard but from what I understand is that it makes the water it’s in poisonous rather than damage the crystal. You should NOT drink the water but I think you should be fine in the shower. It’s more of an issue in those trendy crystal water bottles

I’ve also seen very nice ones at my local, reputable crystal shop that has them inside a bubble like the ones in infusing bottles without the holes that seem safe. Just use good judgment 😊 Maybe put a crystal on the lid instead!
Hey, I had my selenite(satin spar) outside overnight bc of full moon, the forecast said it's not gonna rain, but it rained a little bit in the evening, I went outside and dryed it off with cloth. It doesnt seem to be damaged, but does it loose its properties or discharges? Is it still okay to use it?

Satin spar isn’t the same crystal formation as selenite. They are both gypsum, but not interchangeable. True selenite crystals are more rare and pricy they are also flat and mostly transparent.
True, but Selenite IS a Trade/Marketing name that the crystal industry uses to sell Satin Spar. Selenite is the most common "name" for Satin Spar in commercial markets right now. I do also have Satin Spar listed in the title of the video right after Selenite. Now their supportive Wisdom benefits ARE interchangeable and can be used for both. 🙏🙏
You say different crystals have different healing properties but I have sat here in the past holding lots of these Crystal's individually and there is no difference than holding a house brick.....maybe it is all in peoples mind and they want to believe these things so try and trick themselves into thinking it is real....maybe the person should be blindfolded and given a random crystal and see if they know what it is or better still lots of these so called experts in gems and crystals and psychics should do it...that would prove that Crystal's do those things....I am very sceptical but would love it to be real because i think Crystal's look magical and I like the whole idea of being spiritual and the things people like you talk about
I actually use Crystals as a tool for meditation and inner reflection. That is why there are meditations that accompany these informational videos. This is not about Crystal Magic. It is about identifying support that you need in life, taking time with crystals that represent the change you desire, and reflecting about how you can develop that in your life. Wisdom, not magic. 🙏🙏
I got a full selenite bracelet and it kind had a strain on my nervous system headaches etc .. I didn’t have the same reaction with the wand why is that
It could be that you're spending more time wearing the bracelet than you are holding the wand. You may be taking in more than you need in one sitting 🙏🙏

Satin spar isn’t the same crystal formation as selenite. They are both gypsum, but not interchangeable. True selenite crystals are more rare and pricy they are also flat and mostly transparent.
True, but Selenite IS a Trade/Marketing name that the crystal industry uses to sell Satin Spar. Selenite is the most common "name" for Satin Spar in commercial markets right now. I do also have Satin Spar listed in the title of the video right after Selenite. Now their supportive Wisdom benefits ARE interchangeable and can be used for both. 🙏🙏
You say different crystals have different healing properties but I have sat here in the past holding lots of these Crystal's individually and there is no difference than holding a house brick.....maybe it is all in peoples mind and they want to believe these things so try and trick themselves into thinking it is real....maybe the person should be blindfolded and given a random crystal and see if they know what it is or better still lots of these so called experts in gems and crystals and psychics should do it...that would prove that Crystal's do those things....I am very sceptical but would love it to be real because i think Crystal's look magical and I like the whole idea of being spiritual and the things people like you talk about
I actually use Crystals as a tool for meditation and inner reflection. That is why there are meditations that accompany these informational videos. This is not about Crystal Magic. It is about identifying support that you need in life, taking time with crystals that represent the change you desire, and reflecting about how you can develop that in your life. Wisdom, not magic. 🙏🙏
