There's nothing more destructive than telling yourself "it's to late, im a lost cause," things like that. As long as you're alive, it's never to late. The thing that really helps, is to understand your goal isn't going to be met as fast as you'd like. It will take a great bit of time and you have to take it one day at a time, one small goal at a time and eventually you'll start the cycle and start meeting those bigger goals and things start getting easier. Nobody's perfect, we all have our own battle within ourselves, things we struggle with.

Not sure if you are a religious person or not but I'm praying that whatever it is that has you depressed get's better. Even if you have no one to talk to sometimes it's good to just pray. You have a whole community of youtube supporters rooting for ya. It will get better!!
