The Warning’s album “Queen of the Murder Scene” is a concept album about obsession, blood, murder. You get the idea. This is the first song regarding the story on the album, there is a prequel song called “Dust to Dust”. The next song is “ugh”. The album is a work of genius.

"Perfectly imperfect". I love the way you said that, and I hope you don't mind if I borrow it. I often say that is one of the things I love about this band. They will release live videos that are professionally edited and mixed, they don't hide the blemishes. Nobody is perfect. There is a missed note, dropped lyric, whatever from time to time. Most bands will "fix" those in post-production. Not these three. They throw it out there, blemishes and all, and that is how I know they are real.

Crimson Queen introduces the girl’s (the Queen’s) obsession. She loves someone who doesn’t know she exists. Her feelings are intense, confusing, and conflicting, and are overpowering her. She would do anything for him to love her. Innocent enough, so far.

This is a part of a story album with chapters like a book, It is good to read the lyrics first. My favorite song which is not part of this album is "Survivor" I am not that fond of heavy rock music but I really like this band. I am normally an Angelina Jordan and a Dimash fan. But there is one thing they all have in common, they really give you 100% emotion.

This song almost got more emotional at the Foro Didi concert due to the fact that the sound from the guitar didn't get through to the sound system. So, if you really like things *raw* you might enjoy that too and the lyrics become easier to catch. Heard / read that someone left the battery Bluetooth mic for the acoustic guitar on (by mistake) after soundcheck hours earlier. Leaving the battery drained.
@@kevinthetruckdriver353 I think you are correct. All I remember is that it was something with Bluetooth involved. 😉
And yet Daniela sang the song a cappella with just Ale and Pau giving the best support they could on their instruments. So raw, beautiful, emotional..Such a pure talent. It's not often that a rock/metal guitarist-singers can pull off this type of song a cappella, let alone at her age.

Amen sister Petra! REAL is where it's at. Studio versions are nice because they show you what the song CAN sound like. Live versions are what the song DOES sound like. That's why I hate it so much when people lip-sync for whatever reason. You are cheating the people who are there from the REAL music.

This is an fantastic ballad and to do a live performance of this I would say is quite difficult given it's (mostly) soft nature. Raw is great, like you said, but I would recommend taking a listen to the studio version for it's added polish. It's my most favorite ballad ever. Hope your toothache gets better and you could try a salt water rinse, 1/2tsp salt in glass of warm water.
