    That might just stretch your arms, but if you want to elongate your spine and potentially increase your height, it's more effective to tie your head to a bar for 15 minutes a day.

    I do about 2 minutes with ankle weighted leg crunches. I total about 5 minutes across 2 days(5 minutes per session) each week.

    Im extremely averse to moving(i used to work out then schizophrenia/depression ruined my drive)so i LOVE ISOMETRICS😊
