The problem with the non-organic flour is that they literally soak all the nonorganic wheat in glyphosate a few days before harvesting “for a more uniform harvest”. Also ground flour does go rancid and becomes carcinogenic after a fairly short period of time making the shelf life not great. It’s worth investing in a grain grinder and a 50 pound bag of wheat berries for prepping. wheat berries keep for much longer in the proper conditions and in the prepping situation - you’ll have time to grind them before making bread!

Be careful using high doses of Saigon Cinnamon, it could be dangerous to your health. Please google it online. The safer one to use is from Ceylon bought in health food stores. I loved your Costco picks.
@@ahomesteadjourney Wife and I made several bottles. What we learned. Use more vanilla beans than what a recipe calls for. Our first batch was a little weak. Use a strong vodka 90 to 100 proof. And say 16oz bottle, calls for about 4 to 6 vanilla beans. Use minimum of 6. Cut the beans open, allowing for the inside to be fully exposed. Place in your jar. Put in a very dark closet. Be sure to shake the jar at least once every 2 weeks. Unfortunately, this process will take a minimum of 18 months before the vanilla is ready to use. Some people use different flavors of whisky and bourbons. I prefer just plain old 100% vodka. These make for good Christmas presents, but you have to prepare way, way in advance.

My mom used to feed us wheat germ. No one advertises this anymore only the Chia. I wonder how they compare.
We love wheat germ! It’s great added to oatmeal, etc ☺️ How did you use to have it?
Same in oatmeal or on cereal
I have enjoyed some of your RUclips clips ....but I would like to suggest maybe a lot slower on the scan. I have not been able to watch the whole clip sometimes because it makes me dizzy when you fly around with your camera.
Sorry about that!
Chia pudding is delicious ❤
It is!! We love it too ☺️💛
Me too! I have it everyday for Omega 3's
I LOVE THE AUSSIE BITES 😊😊
They’re amazing!!! ☺️❤️
they do look good. Can I freeze them its just hubby and me and he may not like them, but i have a extra box freezer just for costco, lol, seriously
Is this for long term storage or current consumption? 25 lbs of flour - great price but that’s a lot of baking.
Long term storage ☺
132 servings for 60 bucks is only 45 cents per serving.....I'd get it lol
Yeah, it’s actually not bad!
I love that Coconut oil lasts forever! Best pantry fat/oil.
It's amazing!!!
Do they have the keystone meats
I haven’t seen it at Costco…
Every pepper talks about beans. Me I can’t even swallow beans without getting ill…. Thankfully I like rice
How about lentils?
Omg 20 pounds of salt? I would be alive 10 times over before using that amount! Unless it’s safe for sidewalks but don’t think so.
It's a crazy deal! I could hardly believe it the first time I saw the amount for the price as well 😅
Salt is a good preservative for meat.
@@susane9514 Sure is!! ☺
Salt will be worth this weight and gold. If times really get bad you can use it for so many things . In the old days, a lot of countries that was their main source of currency with salt
Be careful using high doses of Saigon Cinnamon, it could be dangerous to your health. Please google it online. The safer one to use is from Ceylon bought in health food stores. I loved your Costco picks.
Thank you for sharing! 💛
Which Costco store do you shop at ?
West Texas ☺
Dont get caught with your pantry down !
Make your own vanilla, 100% authentic , no added water. and very easy to make.
I'll have to try that soon! Thank you for the suggestion ☺
What town is this Costco because my almond butter is $8.99
Costco Canada is much more expensive
I’ve heard that 😞 We have family in Canada and they’ve told us. Hopefully it can go down eventually..
The cooked sticky rice i did not like. After heating it up, it tasted like plastic.
Thanks for sharing!!
