I want to clarify something a little bit, while it might have come across like he was making jokes about how a sperm bank is running, the main point of his jokes were actually Turkish people and how they react to things. In the jokes, he was talking about mixing a little bit of different sperm samples, because that's how he thinks Turkish people would approach it. And he thinks everyone would get in line to donate, because he thinks Turkish people looveeee money 😄
I definitely rambled a bit, but hope I got the message across 😊

Döner comes from Turkish verb Dön- and suffix -er. Dön+er means "which rotates". You know döner is the meat which rotates against the fire on a stake.
The way we pronounce latin word "donor" is "donör" due to vowel harmony in Turkish grammar . Otherwise, with the original pronunciation, it would sound so awkward to native Turkish speakings.
