Something I learned when Trading is that, the more proof you have the more profit you get. Dont rely on 1 indicator but rely on atleast 3-4 confluences before entering.

Great content @Trade Pro, I'll definitely try to backtest this. Just one question regarding trading with the trend though: Would you get a trade in the direction of the trend after a pullback if price is near a long term S/R level?
I'm assuming this is for me personally not this test right? Either way both are yes I would still take the trade if I have a set up will criteria being met. Only recently have I started testing adding in 4 hour, daily, and weekly trend lines to my personal strategy so perhaps that answer will change in the future if I see good results.

Great job on this one. It would be nice to have a version of this where all the tests are able to be viewed so we can see where you are comparing the swing highs for the fibo, and the hidden divergence comparisons. Would also provide more content for RUclips to monetize.

You should try to study Forex and its market. Playing with a demo account is also a good start.

Divergence (and identifying ‘structure’) can be very subjective, as you state in your video and in a comment below, i.e. which indicator to use (bound or unbound), which swings to use, hidden or regular divergence… It seems you can usually find divergence if you want to. Objective rules-based strategies coupled with proper trade management seem to be the most benefit to most traders, are easier to test and replicate, and promote confidence in the strategy. A higher win rate strategy is psychologically easier to implement. The 40-55% win rate strategies can be very successful with the right trade management, but difficult to implement for many traders. The sweet spot may be in the objective rules-based 55+% strategy with trade management that doesn’t shoot for the highest returns, but good returns with a smooth equity curve that minimizes drawdowns to help the trader mentally stay with the strategy.

I tried this with gold on a 10k account demo for the last month and I can easily say that’s this is a very good strat.I only started trading a few months ago and this strat has to be by far the best by trading with the trend and using the rsi managed to make about 2k on the 10k account about 20% in one month.I scalped gold with strat and was great

I couldn't agree more. Pay attention to market structure. Stay out of chop which will limit your losses, and find out a way to enter with the trend. I also employ taking off a portion of my position at 1:1. Great stuff here.

No for the test I was moving on after a stop out. I probably should have been more clear about it but anyway I hope everyone tests and demos to see what is best!

i have many problems with the strategy. when should we not trade it?. it seems like all the trades went well. Please i need detail explanation on this strategy. i have tried visiting his site and his ways of teaching is not very clear to me.
My question is, IfI follow the 2nd strategy of the spreadsheet which is 200EMA, RSI Hidden Divergence and Stoch Entry, then the time when AUDJPY shows a hidden divergence in 30 min TF ,on the same time AUDUSD, AUDCHF, AUDCAD show the same thing. So in that case should I enter all of those pairs with 0.5% risk or should I enter only one pair? and if one which one should I enter?

Yes wait for the close and no red hammers or green shooting stars allowed for my test. You can test and see if it makes a difference I dont trade this strategy so couldn't tell you what is best

I feel like there could be better ways for entry signal than candle stick patterns since that's very subjective as well?
the patterns aren't very subjective but you are definitely right there is always a better way!
Where are you deciding to start your Fibonacci retracement? This is what I don't understand about the Fibonacci. It looks like you can just Captain Hindsight it, place it wherever you want to make it look like it works, and in reality it just doesn't work.
i gotta say this video went over my head. How do you choose what candle to begin drawing the fibonacci tool from?

I've backtested this strategy and it worked wonders, but i keep getting stopped out (live trading) by the spreads when i set my stop loss anywhere near the swing high/low, any advice on that? (Great work here btw)
Try another broker, different brokers have smaller spreads, Hugo’s Way is ok for me

so the sorcery was a bit simplified, so you dont waste whole day backtesting :p. nice video. I think that the results on 15-30min time frame could be simillar but what about the 5 min ? i think it could be too small of a timeframe, what do u think ? planing on backtesting 15/30 min, dont know about the 5min yet.
hahaha yes hats off to anyone testing the complete version! Normally the lower you go the chances of getting stopped out by low timeframe volatility increases and the importance of a pattern on a low timeframe is less so it will be interesting to see.
@@tradepro i just realised this is really really hard to backtest : o. and it seems that the volatility that happens in crypto might not be the best for this strategy or should be modified
What's your logic for choosing a pair to test on? Are you looking for trending pairs or is it purely random?
My default is EU so that's why almost all my tests are done on EU but if someone requests a certain pair or I'm doing someone else's strategy and I see them do their test or analysis on that pair I'll do it as well!

When I go back to back test the time don't give me like a 15min ..it's like 1hour and the further back I go the higher the time.. I just trade 5 min and 15min so I can get more trades in

would like to see this strategy with different trade management. i feel like 50% at 1:1 is killing gains more than prevent drawdown
You would get about 70% gain if you didn't take the partials.

Well 30 loss should be taken as 60 in calculating total gain because it wasn’t single lot but two times the x lot size as then only one could close half lot and move SL to BE

your definition of RSI divergence is confusing for a long trade you say look for higher lows on price with lower lows on RSI wouldnt it be lower lows on price with higher lows on rsi???
