That I am not 100 percent sure when they do that. we swap out for a ABB drive we seem to like them a lot better. But that’s just us.

What is best way to clean evaporator YK centrifugal water cooled chiller (not descaling.. the freon side)
Freon side? What happened ruptured tubes? Let me know what your trying to clean out of the Freon side.
Sir How to apply grease in that unit
Nothing special? Just climb on top of unit and there is some grease fittings on the motor, hook your grease gun to it and add about 3-4 pumps of grease. The units say what grease is approved it’s “Exxon” grease the exact number is here in this video. Thanks for watching. More videos to come.

Depends on what the chillers are running on are they running on local or are they running on remote. Local would mean the running off of temperature so the entering or leaving temperatures what controls it if it’s remote then it’s something I need to send a signal to run so you need to figure that out first.

@@Junkremoval-hvac I'll send you more information about what chiller system model I have on Wednesday. I just got a crash course on it.. My boss will no longer be working with me.. So I have to be up to date on this. He did tell me if one chiller is running.. It a good idea to turn on the valves before you start the chiller so it gets water flowing in it. Rather then just turn on the chillers. This way I know the valves are working on command from. The Johnson control system bms
Sorry for the late reply but i found out what chiiler we have at work which is "york magnetic centrifugal chiller Ymc" i have a few questions i hope you can help me. im understand it more and more but there some thing that i have been doing research on that i cant get a actual answer on it. my 1st. question i remember my boss telling me he was going to switch the chillers back to automatically before he left. he forgot to switch them back to automatic. not sure what he means by that. chiller 2 had some repairs back in 22. he had it running back because it has very low runtime. so how to i go in the bms and switch it back to automatic ? 2nd chiller 2 is running and so it the condenser CW pump 2 pump does that mean that chiller 2 and CWP2 run on just those two themselves. because i deciced to turn off CWP2 it stated to have a longer run time. So i started to run CWP1 before i turn CWP2 off. once i did that chiller 2 turned off.

Why would a Warning that says "Motor Bearing Lube Not Done" pop up?
The initial setpoint is 1000 hrs, if still not done after an additional 400 hrs it will send the not done warning
