Ramadan is very easy ... If you eat good fats rather than sugar your body becomes fat adapted and can operate normally during fasting without fatigue or headaches
Masha Allah, as this year ramadan is coming out goal should read and understand Quran as much as possible, one source that benifited me very much is that there is a youtube channel by the name Nak fans that have short commentry of Quran explaining how subject is cotinuing in Quran which is some times difficult to appreciate in translation and how eloquent and powerfull Quran is, its a great source to begin to understand Quran. I’m watching this video in 2024 and I became Muslim in 2019 at the age of 17 years old, I’m now 21 years old and that means I’ve been Muslim for 5 years now I do not speak fluent Arabic I have Spanish and English as my first and second languages

It is annoying that there is almost 100,000,000 square kilometers of planet earth where Ramadan cannot be observed due to no sunset/Sunrise for months at a time. 😕 But it's ok, a man made fatwa corrected this problem by telling us to use Mecca time 😁

@@lahleholivia7398 fatwas HAVE to be man made. There is nothing wrong with that, and fasting can be done every where on earth. You look to the nearest country. Its not hard.
@@lahleholivia7398 who told you it came later? If it did it could be that muslims were not settled there at that time. Either way its irrelevant. You look to your nearest place in ramadan.
