@@harrydelaney6623 I can definitely feel a big improvement. Whether it's weight or improved rolling resistance due the the make up of the tube I don't know. I have a carbon bike with 35mm slicks and it has definitely made a difference. My average speed is up quite a bit.
I'm happy you've avoided having a puncture, but WHEN you do, use a solvent patch. Either vinyl repair kits or even PVC cement works. To handle the patch material, stick the patch on a bit of masking tape. Moore's law is operating: Cyclami are $17 for 2 now.
Thanks Mark, the tubes come with pre glued solvent patches that have worked great for me, if I can manage to find the leak and mark it. A bigger patch would definitely help.
@@harrydelaney6623 No different to a regular. There are fewer size divisions between widths I'm running Ride Now tubes that go up a lot higher than my 35mm tires. Honestly 3 months down the line I would never go back to regular tubes.
I saved 230g on my wheels the difference in ride is amazing.
@@Leo-gt1bx on tubes alone ?can u feel the diferance in the ride with tpu?

@@Leo-gt1bx yea same i got some ..run them at 85psi in 32 tyres and they fly along 👌🏻
Definitely spent a lot more than that to save 300g. I can definitely feel it though.
@@betweenthetape2775 My bike is a carbon with 35mm slick tires it's always been quick but since changing my average speed is up by a fair bit.
