I hope FCA on the 2020 to be clarified more Bec the origin charges usually questionable. I work in logistic dept, we are always having technical issues with the supplier using FCA term on our air cargo.. let say the term is. “FCA airport”. The question is who pays for all origin export local charges? Buyer or Seller?
Isn't that the case under the FCA 2010 Incoterms? A buyer can always advise a carrier to issue a BOL to a seller. Or is the Incoterms FCA 2020 simply advising readers what is already the case?
