On the original ps2 version the casino rc car points at the van on every respawn.... the amount of times I've had to travel all the way back from the hospital! 🤬

You unlock the BF Injection (the car driven at 3:14) by completing the mission “Sayonara Salvatore” and it will spawn near the payphone where you do El Burro’s missions from 18:00 to 23:59
