When they got married the first time, Dr Ning was hurt by his ex and had his guard up to not get emotionnaly hurt again. He married her because he liked her and saw she would be a great wife. But with his guards up, he wasn't letting her in and was keeping a distance with her without even realizing. This ended up ruining their marriage life.

One thing I like about this drama is that they show a lot of the home life and personal situations! I liked Thank You Doctor a lot, but every episode was about a different patient, and you barely saw anything about the lead couple.

I love her acting. She act well on being pitiful, powerful, powerless, kind and everything that i cried watching her got betrayed. Plot is real!
I appreciate the subtlety in the change in their relationship. He now respects her and listens to her. She is more assertive. A balanced relationship compared to their beginning when she was still immature. Brava to the Director Yang Yang. Great quality in every respect.

I like how this drama tackles different issues that doctors experience in the hospital. Such as patients who are reluctant with new doctors, being too attach to patients, and now choosing what is the best for the patient despite being force with abortion. I like the realness in some parts of it.

I was never charmed by the lawyer. 😂 Coz I'm a sucker for grumpy tall handsome guys. ❤ Men of few words are mostly intentional with their feelings and they really mean what they say. So still here for Dr. Ning tho I have a feeling he will break Dr. Ruan's heart again. 😢 It's still too early in the episode to be this good.

Some C dramas are difficult to surpass regarding toxic relationships, but this episode kills it. 6 years after the marriage so bad that the woman left it running, she goes back to the same man because he said he was (drummrolls) jelous. Love***ing starts with him jumping on her as if the was an enemy soldier whom he can destroy with hard kisses. As a totally natural consequence, the next morning she's star-eyed as if he explained how he was wrong before, how he grew up and finally loves her in a mature way (eeeeee - not!!!).

Looks are not important to me. I liked both the doctor and the lawyer, but the type I like is like a doctor. Men who look tough, talk little, and even slightly hide their interest. The doctor is abandoned at first, so he suffers a little, then he likes the girl and marries her, but he never lets his guard down. Of course, it was a little bad that he didn't treat the girl the way she deserved. But it was great that he regretted it in the end, that he was upset and jealous, thinking that he would lose the girl. I was sure that in the end, the doctor and the girl would be together. By the way, the boy playing the doctor plays really well. It is really difficult to play such roles. poker face 😅
