I think i know where the water is from! Somebody told me its the river 'de Gender' that tries to find a way to keep flowing and finds the most easy spot to surface!
The baker can try to use the 'TooGoodToGo' app! People will still pay a small amount of money like 3-5 euros and get something like 10-15 euro's in value of items that otherwise end up in the bin! Oke dus hier het Nederlands. Die bakker mag best de 'TooGoodToGo' app proberen! Ik gebruik het sinds kort en het is best wel nice! Veel bakkers, broodjeszaken, tankstations en franchise supermarkten bieden er met enige regelmaat pakketten aan. Daarvoor geven ze een richtprijs (bijv ca. 15 euro aan 'winkelwaarde') vervolgens betaal je meestal iets van een kwart of een derde van die prijs en ga je met een goed gevulde tas naar huis. Let erop dat het wel bijv broden zijn aan t eind van de dag of supermarkt dingen die aan hun houdbaarheidsdatum zitten (ongeopend vaak prima te consumeren) De dingen die je krijgt zijn vaak een verrassing, maak bij bakkers weet je vaak wel wat je kan verwachten... een paar hele broden, een paar 'snack' broodjes en wellicht een gabakje als de bakker daar aan doet. Ik woon niet in Eindhoven, maar ziet eruit als een bakker die ik een keer zou proberen. En het mooie is, de bakker word ook nog beloond voor de moeite met een kleine bijdrage! Ik geloof dat er meer soortgelijke apps zijn en ik hoop dat steeds meet mensen en bedrijven dit gebruiken!! Je hebt namelijk ook apps waar je eten bij mensen op kan halen. Bijvoorbeeld als ze te veel hebben gekookt of als ze de koelkast leeghalen voor ze op vakantie gaan. Word naar mijn weten weinig in Nederland gebruikt (anders hoor ik het graag) maar zou het geweldig vinden om af en toe eens een bak met een lekkere maaltijd op te pikken! Vooral als het komt van gerechten en culturen waar ik zelf niet zo bekend mee ben!

However, I really want to comment about your segment with Dito: that was an unexpected departure from recycled plastics-and perhaps that's appropriate in a video about a major departure/resettlement. Loved this video as a resident of the city Eindhoven. But WHAT A WASTE (pun-intended) that the municipality forces you to move out of this city of (Dutch)design.
