- Ever heard of a bloke called CT Fletcher? No? Well, you should have. This dude is three-time World Bench Press Champion, three-time World Strict Curl Champion and at over 60 years old, he still looks like he could lift a car...
Back in his heyday, CT's lifting exploits were powered by a ludicrous daily diet consisting of 4 Big Macs, 4 large portions of fries, 2 large shakes, 4 personal apple pies and 6 regular cheeseburgers, which he ate every day for the best part of a decade.
CT thought better of it after a heart attack, which fortunately he survived, but since I heard former wrestler AJ Kirsch tried and failed to eat all this grub in one sitting not once but twice, I thought I'd give it a bash to see if it can be done.

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' video.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Your videos are very well paced with the added commentary. I never get bored watching you and I watch the whole video. Some other youtubers that I watch eat I have to skip through because it gets boring to watch. Good job and keep it up!
I've been watching this channel to long lol. He put up 8k calories and I thought hmm not too bad.
aye people tend to get fixated on the calories, I think people seem disappointed with my counts often being under 10k, because they're not inflated lol

What makes this challenge bad is not the calorie count, but the fact that it is McDonalds. The best thing that can be said about it is that it's bland.
@@Beardmeatsfood Your videos have gone beyond the Calorie Challenge Video… (except for when you're doing one of those videos)… your videos are now more about entertaining "big food quantity eating" videos... I don't believe your subscribers care at all if you "finish" one of your sit Downs…… Even though we'll still goof on you if you don't.

Evening all! Saw this on Twitter a few weeks back and thought it would be a larf to try out! I know CT is a bit of a cult figure out there too so hopefully, if there are any CT fans watching, they'll enjoy this one. It was also kind of a novelty to order up some fast food from a drive through for the first time in about four months too! EDIT: A handful of people have mentioned an issue with the sound in this video. I always check with audio metres on 3 different devices and it sounded ok to me, but if you've any feedback I'd appreciate it (if the low frequencies are too much, if the commentary seems lower than usual, anything like that)

It took me a long time to figure out why the fries were only 2/3rds of the carton. When they're hot they are crispy and straight. Once they've cooled off even slightly, they turn into wet noodles in the box.
Here In California they’ve been over filling them. They’re running over and even have some spread around the bag.

I still remember this guy devouring a challenge that was like 15.000 calories, and then OUTSIDE OF THE CHALLENGE PROCEEDED TO ORDER DESSERT
He has a habit of requesting a look at the dessert menu, to the hilariously shocked faces of the staff that thought they were just coming over to move dirty plates and check whether he was gonna be sick!

CT actually had a heart transplant a year or two ago as well. He’s become somewhat of a motivational/inspirational icon now, especially in the lifting community.
Yep its a ladies heart who was around his age . Really interesting interview he did on Joe rogan a while back . He's still jacked considering.
To many steroids and McDonalds burgers played havoc on his heart but the guy is a legend still in his own inspirational way to this day

it's a shame though because I did like the taste of a Big Mac or a McChicken, but at this point it's just not worth it. I did have some French fries this year, and they weren't as good as I remembered.

I think CT Fletcher really did get a replacement heart ❤️ his wife and sons documented his rehabilitation journey so if he did eat this way for years I’m kinda not surprised he had to get a new heart.😧
Yeah and to add to that, him being massively overweight as powerlifters usually are and taking steroids too, it was only a matter of time before your heart gives out when you place that much stress on it
