- The Grimm Wrestling Match! Benito (Danny Mora) is a Wesen called Vibora Dorada (a version of Xipe Totec adapted by Santeria priests) who owns Benito's Masks; and some of his masks are endowed with special powers. Goyo (Joseph Julian Soria), an ambitious professional wrestler, asks Benito for a mask to help him win the fight.
From Grimm Season 5 Episode 13 'Silence of the Slams' - Nick, Hank, Monroe and Rosalee work to stop a mask maker who is targeting wesen to create luchador masks that give the wearer great power; Renard considers an offer; Eve's investigation raises new questions.

I wouldn't mind if this series got rebooted following a new Grimm orphaned at a young age when a group of Wesen killed their parents, learning out about everything on their own and figuring out what they are going to do in that world.
I would like to see one from the point of a wesen hunted during the middle ages. Meeting other wesen running from grimms etc. When trolls were realy under bridges etc.
or maybe nick having a son and raising him and stuff

There aren't any luchador around my area but is anyone gonna comment that his mask was furry. I thought all luchador mask were leather, latex and stuffs.

The mask was made from the skin of wesen granting the user wesen-like strength. However, it’s also addictive and slowly take over.
It does me wonder though, if it would affect a grimm like Nick. Imagine how strong he would be if it did.
Honestly they tend to come in a variety of materials, an example of a furry mask would the original masks of tiger mask and tiger mask W. theres also ones that are more scaly like with the Mexican luchador Drago or luchasaurus. really it jusr depends

Could also be a compulsion. We see alot of wesen doing things they would rather not do because they have no control over it.

Unfortunately, Grimm was canceled in 2017. However there were plans for a spin-off series a few months after the cancellation, but those plans never went through. I am sorry to tell u this
