- We're back in the beautiful city of Krakow - We really do love this place! We have done a lot of the tours before such as Auschwitz, Schindler's factory and the Salt mine, so this vlog is all about the city itself. On this episode we take you around the city area and Jewish district. We hook up with our friend Krzysztof who takes us to see some local attractions, including a McDonald's that is so unique - it's the only one of its kind in the world! If you are staying in the immediate area then this guide is for you.
If you are interested in having a fantastic tour guide take you around Krakow or wherever you want to go - give our good friend and licensed tour give a shout! Don't forget to mention Parks Travel Guide!

I've been to Kraków over 15 times and it's still my favourite city break destination. Randomly Krzysztof is a good friend of mine and a wonderful Tour guide. I'd highly recommend using him for any tour. Great video guys
Thanks Sean...we absolutely love it there. Thanks for commenting and if we happen to be in Krakow at a time you're there then we can all have a few beers 👍🏻 All the best. John & Becky x
Found your vlogs because of the Benidorm one and really enjoying them. I'm planning a Polish trip next summer.. 4/5 cities over a couple of weeks travelling around by train. Krakow will definitely be included.
Thanks for watching us Morgan! Hopefully you'll get plenty of tips and inspo. Just don't watch our Gdansk vlog though as it was our first one we ever did. Absolute cringe. Krakow is a wonderful city so we're sure you'll enjoy it. Much love! X
@ParksTravelGuide I've got to watch it now lol
Fantastic again guys! Krzysztof looks like a lovely guy! Think I need to get looking for some Ryanair flights!
He's a proper gent and really knows his history. Thanks for the comment!
Looks really good. Will definately put it on my list. Thank you guys!
You should. It's beautiful x
It's such a beautiful city, steeped in history, the Salt Mines were amazing, and the concentration camps were heart rendering, great video as always guys x
Thanks Graham. We love it there! It's probably our favourite city destination and easily done on a budget. We're hoping to go back in December for a few nights as in our eyes it's been too long since we were there. Zakopane is on the list at some point too.
Excellent video, we have now decided to add Krakow to our 3 months in Europe later this year. Love your easy fun videos😍😍😍
Hey there! That's a lovely comment to wake up to so thank you! Believe it or not this vlog was one of the first ones we ever did! You certainly won't be disappointed with Krakow, it's a truly beautiful city. Hope you enjoy your trip and if we can help in any way with your plans then let us know. John and Becky x
Wow looks a brilliant budget place to go. Filled with lots of historical places to visit.
Thanks Tony, it really is a special place with something to see around every corner that you turn!
Nice video guys - some nice footage.
Thank you very much. This was one of our first vlogs so we've learned a lot since then.
nice work @@ParksTravelGuide
That tower trumpeter acted like a bastard! 😁
He should wait for your line to finish.
Hahaha I know...very inconvenient! We tried to do it again later but got caught out again so sacked the shot off completely and went for a beer. Glad you enjoyed the bloops and thanks for commenting! 😁 John & Becky x
Heading out next month & wondering if Krzysztof does Auschwitz tours? I can’t actually find his details in the comments.
Loving your snapshot videos, picked up some good tips from you guys on a recent trip to Budapest 😀
He does indeed Dee. Thanks so much for watching the other stuff we do, it really means a lot. His info is in the description of the vlog but if you still struggle then post back and I'll give you them again. This man really knows his stuff.
Found it now, thank you very much
Love! We have a lot in common. How did you make your YT banner? I’ve been trying to make one similar but having a difficult time with size and centering.
Hey there. If you mean the one of our channel homepage we googled the dimensions and Becky played around using Snappa I think. It'll be replaced shortly once we get some more pictures with something a little more up to date. Hope it helps!
Curious title. I was expecting a video about McDonald's. Actually a pretty good video about Krakow in general
We keep toying with it Mark. The McDonald's blew us away and is the only one of its kind in the word so definitely worth a shout out 😁
@@ParksTravelGuide I never thought to check it out when I was there. I visited Burger King but that was no way near as impressive ha ha
Definitely the best price compared to the UK. I had a cheeky double whopper meal to soak up the Soplica indulgence. For reference if you go again it's the one by the Barbican just off of Florianska, not the one in the main square 👍🏻
@@ParksTravelGuide another really impressive looking McDonald's is the one in Nyugati Station in Budapest. That place is palatial. Did you get un there?
@@ParksTravelGuide I made the mistake of going to Steak Burger Grodzka 6 in Krakow. That place was crap. Burger was real greasy, chips looked like they'd been cooked on the radiator 😅
Nice video
Do i have to close in advance tours for salt mine and auschwits??
Or i can find an office or agency next day in the city??
Also is it safe for a lonely traveller like me?
Thanks
Hey Dim! It is very safe in Krakow for a solo traveller. If you want you can book online through a company like Viator or Get your guide if you want both tours in a day. I would advise booking in advance as these can be quite popular and do fill up fast. Hope you have a great time!
@@ParksTravelGuide
Thanks a lot for answer
Well one trip each day i plan
So viator is reliable?
Thanks again
We have used Viator and Get your guide before in Budapest, Sri Lanka and more recently in Italy. Both are very much the same. Be sure to check the reviews before you book!
guys look like You missed Wieliczka and Oswiecim this 2 places are must visit wen Youre in Krakow
Hey Jerzy. We did this on a previous trip so decided just to stay in the city as we only had a day to film both the city tour and the food tour. We agree though the salt mine is amazing! Thanks for commenting. John & Becky x
