Hi Britsimon, thank you very much for the informative videos, my case number is 2024-115k when I asked the progress of my DS260 they informed me ten days ago that it has been processed and waiting the interview schedules at the embassy, would it be possibe despite the few months left, to get by any chance interview? according to your prediction.

Hello Britsimon,how can i change my visa interview embassy location before submitting my Ds260?? I don't know how to do it though not yet submitted
When we ask embassies if our file can be transferred according to the new regulation in case we are physically present in the embassy area, they say they cannot help. The new regulation is being ignored.

Mr.Simon When we sent an e-mail to transfer our case, most embassies asked us for a residence permit or citizenship.Or they just dont accept it.With this new regulation, are these strict rules abolished? Can we go with a tourist visa and get an interview date now ?

Hi i'm going to ask this on this video too. So my case number is 177xx in Iran and my embassy is Abu Dhabi. I don't know if I'm going current next month but is Abu Dhabi performing well now? I only can move my case to Yerevan. Which one do you suggest is better? And even if Yerevan is better, won't moving my case ruin my chance of getting an interview? I am a DV lottery-2024 winner from Afghanistan living in Kazakhstan. My Kazakhstan visa will be expired during my case processing in Kazakhstan.
My question is: will the USA embassy issue a visa for me while my Kazakhstan visa is expired?
Am from Africa but currently living in Canada my case number is 60000 and i will process everything from Canada, my question is will i becalled for interview faster since canada is not even among the regions to check for visa bulleting??

I have a few questions please:
1- Must I be present in the country I want to transfer to before I contact their embassy? Since that would mean that I have to be staying there for about 4 months which is a very long time.
2- Do I contact the embassy of the new country only? new and old? and do I have to contact KCC?
3- How long will it take them to respond and for the transfer to be completed since I only have 2 months left and the news is still new and many people will probably sent emails at the same time and that may slow the process even more?
4- Assuming I will be current in July, will I have time to go through this whole process and when should I travel to the new country?
5- I understand that this process should be before being current. Or is it possible after?
Sorry of asking too many questions. It is just very overwhelming and I am trying to understand better. Thank you!
hi Birt, my case is 2024AF70xxx which became current in August based on the latest visa bulletin, but my chargeability country is Egypt however originally on my ds260 i've selected US Madrid embassy for interview since i'm living in Spain , so can i expect 2NL in August ?

What could be the problem?
Cameroon Embassy has just wanted to do the same thing they did to DV lottery winners 2023. They only remain 48k and before you knew it September is around already. The embassy is causing a lot of pain to us.
2 NL s have been sent . They might not have update it on Ceac but I received my 2NL

Hi everyone , I'm a dv winner from Peru and I completed all the dv process ( medical exam , interview , they give me the sealed envelope with my visa in my passport , and finally bought the flight tickets ) but a friend of mine (that won the dv lottery the last year ) , told me that I have to pay 220 dlrs for the green card through my uscis account , but I didn't create any because no one told me to do it, am I in trouble? the pay is only with a us credit or debit card? is there a problem if I have less than one month to travel according to my visa? is there a minimun amount of money that i have to carry at cbp? please i would be really grateful if you answer my questions

Hello there,Why there is no update of 2nl of Nepal? When will I get my 2nl ,case number 93** . is there any chance ,why so delay,when to expect 2nl of2024? I emailed the link to the policy and screenshots of the policy to NVC. Requesting a transfer to a post my wife can live for 6 months. NVC wrote back and said that the policy only applies to non-immigrant visas. What have we come to? NEW LOW!!!!!

The DV Lottery is something of reality ? Because I am from Democratic Republic of the Congo, I tried several times of applying for the DV lottery but I have never been selected until I thought that DV lottery is wasting time
