K A R I M’ S is a cultural melting pot where tourists, food connoisseurs, and local foodies sit together to enjoy the food in a traditional ambiance.

The challenge was to make it ‘traditional’ yet modern through innovative concepts and design elements. So the space designed gives an experience that is reminiscent of traditional Mughal art and architecture with an ingenious overlay of materials, lines, colors, and textures.

The harmonious combination of materials and decorative elements like arches, exposed brick patterns, terracotta jaali, concrete finish textures, MS rods, and louvers painted in black and illuminating brown mirrors, creates a sort of interplay between minimalism and simplicity.

The selective color palette included concrete grey, black, and warm earth tones of terracotta and brick contrasted with vibrant colored fabrics of the chairs.

The overall interior of the restaurant was intended to be calm and friendly that generates an amuse in visitors and also provides a vibe to enjoy their royal treat to the fullest.
