    Omg I have hopes!! What can I do with 10lb dumbells?? I do not go the gym at all I have 3 kids but really want to know exercises to help me gain glutes and thighs.

      You can still do hip thrust at home, grab something heavy and put it on your hips! haha
      Also you can do donkey kicks, fire hydrants, glue bridges, squats.
      Buy resistance bands and you can do so much with them!

      Still do squats though, they are an excellent exercise for overall better athletic performance, they just do not activate the glutes as much as one would think! Especially if there is no glute activation preformed before hand!

    Do you recommend those bombshell leggings? and are they see through? I kinda don't like that they aren't high waisted.. but it looks like they are manageable to pull them a lil bit high.

      Yeah they are see through so I wear black spandex under! I feel you, high wasted leggings are what I like to wear!

      oh they are so old, I got them at academy! I think they are volleyball spandex, they have lasted me 4 years and look good as new, SO durable!

      All of these variations lead up to being able to do the hip thrust with a barbel

      The work you put in is what you get :)
      Yes you can see results in one month!
      Make sure you take photos, the little changes everyday add up to a huge change when you look back!

    I never get to see how to get that weight on your hips for hip thrusts and how to get it off and stand back up - don't know how to even begin - can you show us? No one ever shows these steps!
