For me, the perfectionism slowly started fading with age. I found more confidence comes with each year, realized my worth and just became comfortable with who I am. You start seeing all the other women around you and how strong each individual is. You start to see that we are all in the same boat and doing our best. And I don't think it's bad at all to have that perfectionism, it keeps you going! But if you are worrying about it too much, it can over take your brain. You're doing great and you always look amazing!
Your videos are so great for my mental health! They're just such a great reminder to not care what other people think, be grateful, and have constructive ways to help your mood - thank you!! Avia you have inspired me to look into last minute tickets for the Jonas Brothers concert coming to my town next week. I will see though I may not have the money for it. But I thought I would share that. I am like yeah! I can go to the concert by myself still.
For me I get sunburned extremelyyyy quick, and I’m talking less than 15 minutes when the UV is high, but I like to get my 10 ish minutes a day of sun rays for the vitamin d so that UV would be perfect for that. Getting the good nutrients from the sun without the sun damage, especially if I didn’t get out to do it before 10am or after 5pm.
